The room facilities were quite basic, and the bathroom was open-plan with no door. Upon checking in, I was immediately asked to pay the City tax, and they wouldn't even let me pay it at check-out.

However, a different lady at the front desk handled my check-out, and her service was excellent ❤️

I really had a lovely stay at this hotel. The receptionist was so nice and accommodating. I truly never had such an amazing experience before. The room itself was very clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again for my future trips in Berlin. The location is also great if you don’t mind walking a bit to get to the bus or underground station.
