Furthermore, the rooms were extremely cold, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Overall, I didn't feel that anyone was making any effort to help me or find a satisfactory solution.
All in all, it was a very negative experience. Due to the lack of goodwill and the inadequate comfort, I would not book this hotel again and unfortunately cannot recommend it.
I give it full marks. It's the best!
