We stayed at this hotel in Berlin for five days, and while my daughter unfortunately got sick during our trip, the staff was incredibly kind and supportive. They went out of their way to help us and showed genuine care, which made a tough situation much easier.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located — but what truly stood out was the warmth and humanity of the team. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend staying here.

Superb hotel, plenty of room for 3 adults in a room, which was very clean and well presented. 10-15 mini walk to the zoo past some lovely restaurants and close to a busy shopping centre. Very welcoming service at reception throughout our stay. Thank you.

Absolutely loved the stay! Not only for a clean and spacious room, but also for a convenience of hotel’s location. It is close to a lot of metro stations and buses as well as a shopping street where a lot of different stores are located. Arket, H&M, Muji, Zara, sneaker stores, KaDEWe dept store to name a few.
A huge advantage is a fitness room on the 6th floor of a hotel. Didn’t try breakfast because of a big amount of nice cafes nearby. Will probably come back there.

Decent rooms but hotel is a bit loud. I had constant running about from peiple upstairs. One restaurant employes was a bit rude, one of the receptionists was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Not a smile or a kind word for anyone - a shame when she's the very first person you see. Really good breakfast.

Perfect location. Can’t fault it. Room was nice and spacious, but the bathroom was extremely small. I am not a big man but I could not turn in the shower. I can’t remember seeing such a small bath!
