A really nice, quality hotel. Comfortable rooms and with an excellent selection at breakfast time. My room also contained a fridge and microwave which was a huge bonus. Added to that, the room also had a balcony. The greenery hanging down in the atrium is something to see and gives the hotel a calm and quiet atmosphere. Amazingly, the hotel also has it's own picture gallery, which is a considerable size, in the basement. I had seem some comment that the hotel was a bit of a trek from the train station but I found it quite a reasonable walk. Not that long at all. There is also a bus from the station, if feeling lazy. There are also a lot of trees on the walk with other walks leading off in different directions. It is like being in a quiet suburb of Berlin, with good train and bus connections. This was my first stay at the Solitaire Hotel and I was very impressed with what I found. I plan to return in 2026.

There's a bus stop right in front, and the tram stop is a 10-minute walk away. However, it's located a bit outside the city, in the diplomatic district. The staff were friendly and polite. We enjoyed the breakfast; there was a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious.

The hotel is a bit out of the way but easily accessible, especially by tram. The metro is a little further away. The staff is friendly, the grounds are very green, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I recommend it for a peaceful stay after exploring the hustle and bustle of Berlin.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, but had to leave on the third night because housekeeping wasn't available. There are no sheets. There is no housekeeping service. They charge unapproved daily rates. I tried speaking English, but they don't speak it. They only speak German. Which is a complete disservice for a hotel.

Excellent budget option
Fantastic for a budget hotel. Large comfortable room with a good sized-bathroom and powerful shower. The included breakfast was of a good quality, and a typical German-style spread.

The hotel is situated a little way out of the city itself, but can be found in a quiet and pleasant area with excellent transport links.

Really bad service, hotel reception was incredibly rude, to the point of taking a phone call while we were asking a question. Out dated decor too. Find somewhere better

Room is big, bathroom is great, what more could you want?
The rustic Eintichtung I personally find great. Support super nice.
A Safe you could install maybe.
Otherwise, everything is perfect!
