It’s a fair hotel very close to the SBahn and Ubahn stop Bundensplatz. The rooms are decent but the biggest perk is the comfortable location. The neighbourhood is also very nice and it is possibile to find free parking nearby (search them through Parkopedia).

Overall I would recommend.

Very nice hotel for the cost. The rooms are clean nice and quiet despite being near the tracks. Also a 2pm check-in was our initial reason to stay.

While staying there, it was good. Rooms are decent sizes, beds are comfy, rooms have a small fridge and breakfast is decent.
Parking on site is very limited, cost 15€ per day. Surrounding area, is also hard, but there is a park and ride next door that might have places.
The reception closes at 10pm, arriving later gets very complicated.
The service during the day is very kind and helpful.

It was a good stay, enjoyed the one night really good there

07.03.2025 Roberto

Great quality of customer service assistance. They helped me during the night since I forgot my keys. For a 3 stars hotel in Berlin there is the perfect balance between price and quality.

Pay attention to the service. A young Russian who works there took my wife's number and called her. Do not enter your phone number!!!!!!!! When I answered the phone, he started laughing. This is unacceptable, I hope the management will take consequences

Not having found a place in the usual hotel I go to when I go to Berlin I opted for this hotel not too far from Messe. Decent and spacious room, shame about the carpet and a strong smell in the hallway. Some problems with the coffee machine that for both mornings of the stay struggled to work.

06.01.2024 Georgia

We were placed in this hotel following a problem with an apartment that we had booked- this is most definitely not an apartment.A good place if you're only visiting Berlin for 1/2 days. Rooms are basic (Bed, sofa, Tv, mini-fridge and ensuite). Situated very close to the subway line, although the station is very rundown with broken bottles and a strong smell of urine! The service you receive is mixed, some of the staff are polite and were helpful, others were extremely rude and if anything, made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

23.01.2023 Nikolay

Stayed here for 2 nights. Fine hotel for that price, good location: next to the S and U Bahn. The room was clean, but not very stable hot water. The staff was typical russian staff: not rude, but by how they look and talk to you, you think they do not like you just because you make them busy. Apart from that there is nothing to say to be honest.

14.07.2022 David

Anyone at the reception, first day with no hot water and the receptionist she was really arrogant and rude. The room clean, a really bad and old mattress and mattress, boxes, and stuff around.
