Hotel Neuer Fritz in Berlin

we arrived during winter time and was told the ac is only functional in summer. there is no alternative provided for the ventilation within the room so we had to open the window. it was hot hiding under the blanket even though its winter. and so alot of mozzies will attack you and give you sleepless nights. there were already mozzies in the room when we arrived btw. the soap and tissues were left with two pumps and few pieces when we arrived late at night. nothing was topped up during housekeeping even though we mentioned to the reception next day morning. and the floor wasn't vacuumed either. theres no phone in room so you have to go back down to the front desk to request for things. dont bother toggling the hot and cool function of hair dryer because itd just die once you switch. bathroom is big but the space for you to shower is not sufficient even for an average asian size me. toiletries provided are just towels, 2in1 bath and shampoo, toilet paper and handwash. check in and out was easy. bed was okay but pillows were just flat. location, wifi and the water heater was the only good thing. didnt try their breakfast. and i will definitely not stay here again.
