Staff was lovely and attentive. The area is perfect, you can walk to wherever you need and easily access metro. The building feels cozy and home-like.

The hotel has a charming post-Soviet vibe. I got a very small room with the window facing into the inner courtyard of an apartment building. It's a very small facility with older interior, very simple standard, but clean and functional for someone looking for a stay with access to shops, restaurants and transportation. The light by the bed was only partially functional, and the bathroom door handle fell off a couple of times.

First; I've stayed more than 20 hotels and dozens of hostels in Berlin last 20 years. This hotel offers you stay for prices, which are worth every cent. If you don't like lively neughbourhood and want some luxus, it's not for you. Very nice kind service and lovely breakfast. Even peaceful dispite of the llocation next to Hermannplatz. Two Ubahn stations very close, many cafeterias, restaurants, two supermarkets as well.

All the hotel staff were very kind and I was so satisfied that 5 stars aren't enough.
However, the location is not safe and I was beaten and almost robbed, so you need to be careful when going out, especially at night.
I saw a lot of Arab people in this area, and the person who tried to rob me was also Arab.

The hotel is very centrally located in an old building. Unfortunately, the ventilation filled my room with cigarette smoke, so that the room stank horribly on the first night. Breakfast was served in a small room prepared by the staff, not a buffet. Nice, courteous staff, simple standard, narrow access. Parking not for vans.

Considering the furniture and the slightly moldy tile joints in the shower, around 85 euros per night is too much.

Hotel rather well located, close to the metro. The person at the reception was very nice and accommodating, she agreed that we leave before the minimum departure time. The room was large and rather comfortable. Unfortunately, we found that the latter did not completely correspond to what we had seen in the photos, it looked less modern and less cozy. The curtain on the window was also slightly too small so there was a little too much light at night. We also did not have the possibility of putting a sign outside so that no one comes to clean the room. A little expensive for what it is.
