The smell is very bad in the room and especially the bath room. If have nod had this in over 10 years to habe a bad smelling smoker hotel room so I would expect to be notified on checkin that the room smells super bad. The Wifi connection is not working and the 3/4/5G signal strength very weak. The pillows are filled with super cheap stuff and very uncomfortable.

The area was very poor and looked rundown and unsafe. The rooms were tiny with little room to maneuver. Shower and bathroom was tiny. Overall not recommended for the price we had to pay.

The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was a little bit smaller. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Room temperature perfect, even snowing I didn't like the breakfast, for example the scrambled eggs were cold and it wasn't worth 14 euros.

I really enjoyed my stay at Alfa hotel. All Staff were very friendly especially Mr Benz - he really made my stay comfortable. Breakfast was not excellent, but it’s ok for a 3 star hotel. I will definitely come back

Gold Inn Alfa was a clean, nice and friendly hotel a bit faraway from center areas. Breakfast was good enough, extra point for fresh croisants and breads. Also was nice to have fresh coffee served.

Room was really clean and bed was comfortable.

Only minus point about been away in quiet location.

Rooms are very nice and clean, staff is very friendly and are quick to deliver any supplies to you! A little bit out of the way of public transportation but the rate is good!

Nice place and nice location. Only 5 bus stops to the metro, and close to supermarket. Clean and comfortable room. Problem is with weak wifi and no air condition. Recommend!

We spent the last two nights of our Germany vacation at GOLD INN Alfa, and were pleased with the location, the room, the breakfast, and the staff. We were especially grateful to one of the front desk clerks, Gabriel, who explained the bus routes, etc., so that we could get around town on our last day of sightseeing, after our group tour had ended. Thank you Gabriel!
