I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The view was absolutely fantastic and breathtaking, making the stay feel very special and relaxing.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was decent and offered a good start to the day. I also really enjoyed the boat renting experience, which was a great addition and made the trip even more memorable.
A special thank you to Nikolas at the reception desk for his incredible help, kindness, and hospitality. He made us feel very welcome and was always ready to assist with anything we needed.
Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Location is great but for a 4 star hotel the amendeties and general room styling (suite) where dissapointing. Basically empty walls with a couch here and there. Perhaps because we where there after new years but for a 4 star hotel, you really expect more. Will not come back here

My feedback is about winter time. Maybe in the summer there is more things to do. But in winter going outside is very limited. Especially with a toddler. The harbour has no railing, not safe for children to walk around.
The hotel is ok, a little old. The personnel though was very nice and friendly. But I think the hotel is a bit understaffed. There was always a queue on the reception. Not all receptions spoke English.
Breakfast is good. There is no variation from day to day.
The dinner (half board) for 35 EUR doesn’t include any drinks. You will not get even a glass of water. So expect to pay 40-50 per person, which is a lot!
No slippers for sauna/pool are offered. You get the towels and a robe but you are unlucky if you didn’t bring the slippers.
I would think it saves the planet if there were no plastic cups in sauna 😄

I’ve spent a couple of days at Hafendorf Rheinsberg, and it has become a new definition of serenity for me! The marina is breathtaking, the food is absolutely amazing (I had some of the best buffets of my life for dinner there!), and the staff are just perfect! They’re helpful, kind, and highly professional — well done, guys! The property is located close to a small town that has a lot to offer, and it’s surrounded by beautiful woods. A wonderful place to recharge your batteries and disconnect. My room was in perfect condition, the spa area and the pool are fantastic, and I highly recommend booking some treatments there. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Almost perfect. The room is large and comfy and really clean with a coffee maker and tea on hand. The Wifi is really fast and the views amazing as is the Spa with a big swimming pool. The breakfast is great, but if you do book the dinner buffet, its quite pricey at 35 Euros plus drinks for what you are getting. The breakfast, however is really good.
As a dog owner, my only complaint is that the flooring is way too slippery for our babies, plus their claws are really loud when walking on it. I actually ended up purchasing a small carpet.
The staff is great so I fully recommend!

Definitely Recomended
We are on a road trip across the central europe and we have been stay at many hotels. This hotel is one of the great ones. Pet friendly clean and comfortable. Rooms are wide and nicely decorated. Espacially staff is well professionals with friendly. Dining and brakfast was good. Definitely a come back point for us. Special thanks to the front desk agent who has a mohawky haircut sorry mate i forgot your name. I am also a hotel owner and that guy should be front desk manager. He explain everything plain an simple. He is well equiped employee. Kudos my friend.
