Our room was very quiet, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the shower was hot on demand (no wait). The room was well maintained and clean. The staff were very helpful too.

The breakfast was PERFECT, we went in January and they had eggs, sausage, fruits, yogurts, olives, cheeses, breads & pastries (NOT gluten free), butter, jams, coffee, teas, pancake maker, cereals, and more. We don't eat pork, but the staff made us a veggie omelette! Honestly, it is was easier and about the same price to eat at the hotel.

My only room improvements would be to add a coffee machine, second chair and a desk, because there was only one chair it was difficult to do any work related tasks for 2 people. They do have a business like area downstairs.

Just as expected at a Mecure Hotel - clean, comfortable rooms. We did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on breakfast or the bar. Friendly, professional staff. Perfect location (U-Bahn 1, 2, & 3 lines 2 minute walk plus multiple buses) for exploring Berlin.

Excellent location. Beautiful hotel. However, it does not meet my expectations and requirements. The breakfast gentleman should respect the customers more. He should not be reluctant to indicate where the customer can have a coffee. He should be more polite. not absolute. He should learn to smile sincerely every year and worse

The hotel’s location is excellent — right next to the U-Bahn and KaDeWe, and within walking distance of many central attractions. Rooms are clean, modern and quiet, though mine was quite dark and felt like one of the less attractive ones in the category.

What really disappointed me was the lack of recognition for Accor Platinum status. There was no welcome note, no upgrade, and I had to ask for a late check-out — eventually granted for only two hours. That’s the same courtesy usually given to Silver members, which makes loyalty feel undervalued.

Overall, it’s a decent hotel with a great location, but service toward loyal guests could be much more attentive.

This is my first stay at the Mercure Hotel Wittenbergplatz and I am really very satisfied. I was welcomed very warmly, the check-in process was handled immediately, and the check-out was also very quick.
The hotel is perfectly located. Cleanliness was impeccable. The only small drawback for me was the lack of a wardrobe in the room, which might be a bit of an issue for longer stays.
I will definitely consider this hotel for my future visits to Berlin.
