The staff were helpful in extending our check out even without us asking. The kitchenette in the room was great! We could make simple meals when we wanted or were too tired to go out. The cookies at the reception were fantastic: too bad they were only available for a limited time every day.

Great place to stay when visiting Berlin. Within walking distance to the center of the city…. About a mile to 11/2 miles depending on where you are going. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have a great breakfast buffet with very attentive staff. I’ll definitely recommend this place. And wouldn’t mind staying there again on my next visit to Berlin.

The location is fantastic, very close to Checkpoint Charlie with convenient access to the subway. The front desk staff were wonderful, smiling warmly and patiently speaking German with my child.

I stayed at The Garner for two nightsand had a relaxing, enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is situated right by everything . Staff were warm and professional, and the vibe throughout the property was calm and upscale.
Some cons i should mentioned for management to look out for.
Shower gel , handsoap , shampoo they are all the same . Which was really weird.
No drinking water provided or filter inside the hotel premises so you either buy water from outside or drink tap water inside . I tried to drink tap water and it upset my stomach because the water taste funny .

Great location, comfy beds, quiet and friendly staff. Had to ask for a kettle, tea and milk. No coffee provided.

The hotel itself is clean, modern, comfortable. But what made it absolutely lovely was the staff. Shout out to Marcel—the girls and I cannot stop talking about how wonderful, kind, and funny he was. He, offering cookies and coffee, made our stay in Berlin a particularly special memory. Danke Marcel! :))

Truly the best location for anyone visiting Berlín. The hotel is a great value for the money. We stayed in the double room with a kitchenette. Our room number 5 was spacious and had everything we needed for cooking breakfast.
Definitely reserve a parking spot at the hotel, it's so convenient and safe. The staff are absolutely amazing. Noah at the front desk is great. The gentleman cleaning the parking area was great. The cleaning lady was so pleasant and helpful. I felt like family. The nearby restaurants and attractions couldn't be better. Literally 50 meters from check point Charlies. If you like McDonald's or KFC, they are also 50 meters away.
I'll definitely be staying at this hotel next time I'm in Berlin.

An excellent and highly recommended hotel, which deserves a solid 4.8. It is conveniently located, next to the iconic Checkpoint Charlie and an U-bahn stadion, while many other Berlin sights are within walking. In spite if its central location, it is remarkably quiet. The rooms are spacious and generally clean, though our rooms' curtains needed washing. The breakfasts are tasty, but the food served hardly varies from one day to another. The staff are helpful. We will likely return there.

By far the best and nicest service we have ever experienced in a Hotel! Exceptional focus on customer satisfaction and a super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Nice and comfortable room with air conditioning. Super quiet and relaxing.
Super central location only a few steps from the underground which takes you everywhere in just a few minutes.
We will definitely come back to this Hotel!

Good hotel, good rooms, excellent staff and excellent breakfast. Some good restaurants nearby. Not too far from public transport stops.
Good food in Johnny's Bar (Caribbean) and a Spanish restaurant nearby, as well as an Ir8sh pub.
Good fast food also at Charlie's Beach with various stalls selling a variety of food from German sausages to fish and Georgian and Turkish.
