Exellent when you stay with your Kid´s. If the weather is bad you have so much to do in this place. The best is that it is all inclusive.

Good place to stay in. Shame there is no wifi in the rooms though.

Upon arrival, we were fortunate enough to be greeted by the heart and soul of the place, Mrs. Niggemann. It was a wonderful stay with impeccable service both in the hotel and the restaurant. Even our Borzoi, Adam, always received a kind gesture. We will gladly return.

We were on the island for a short break and stayed at the Nordseehotel Kröger. The hotel is ideally located near the town center, the beach, and not far from the landmark, the water tower. The always helpful and friendly hotel staff were able to provide us with some great tips for things to do on the island. Simply perfect 🙂

First of all, a huge thank you to Mrs. Franke, who really looked after my parents so warmly. I felt very comfortable in the beautiful hotel. The rooms are tastefully furnished, cozy, and the beds wonderfully comfortable. I slept like a log. I liked that every room was equipped with air conditioning/heating, although I didn't have to use it. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right near the dunes....

Last weekend I was spontaneously in the beautiful hotel, had a very nice room, the staff there is very friendly. The finest breakfast buffet. I would love to come back again. This hotel can only be recommended.

Great central location. Room very nice. Breakfast everything you could want. The food in the Blied restaurant is excellent.

Everything was good. The room was clean. Very small desk to use if working but I managed. Excellent for dogs with great areas around the hotel to walk in. However, €15 per dog per night is a lot of money, especially as they only clean the room up on leaving. I was going to bring two dogs, but that would have been too much money.

There was a wedding in the hotel with very loud music booked without limit in time, i.e. very loud in the room. There were no other rooms for a change so we asked for canceling the booking, the hotel promised to return the money, but no return was done and as i understood, the problem is on trip.com side and payment was made here and hotel requested trip.com to refund me. so overall disappointed with...

I fell down in the bathroom in the bathtube, the concave bathtube is really dangerous. The noises coming from the high way were to much loud i had to change room for that, I advise to change the windows as the car passing from the vicinity of the hotel they make too much noises.

Clean & Quiet Hotel is clean and quiet. Room was adequate in every way and included a big walk in shower. We opted not to have breakfast due to the cost of €15pp. Walked to the bakery down the street instead. Sauna is included but we did not visit. The Hotel was clean and pleasant, but sadly the restaurant, sauna and wellness could not be used because of the Covid shutdown.

Woke up, went for a smoke, meanwhile checked everything in room recarding past experiences. Returning back to my room i noticed 20euro bill missing from my nightstand. Its not about the money, but allso its not really ethic.

Guest service needs to wake up and practice customer service - to service the guest, not their own interest. Called front desk 3 times, finally responded after 10 minutes.

Check in at midnight is possible, rooms are clean, internet is good, you have coffee and tea to make in rooms, they accept cash which is also good, but please fix the heating system, there is literally no heating in room 001, its not working, and it’s October, price is 80e, its 3.5 stars because of heating and price. We stayed at this hotel 3 nights in August 2024. The first 2 nights were also a large group of teenagers staying at this hotel, which resulted in a lot of noise during the 2 nights, almost all night, both inside and outside the facility. Very nice package with an excellent gym, a pool (not seen/used) and great breakfast. The room was good and the bed too. Only the tiny silly German 1/2 duvet and lack of kettle for tea was disappointing. Will for sure go again.

Avoid staying near room 117. Someone is always smoking under windows and you can not open your winodows. As there is no air conditioning in the room in can get very hot. Asked in reception several time no reaction.

This hotel is nice, clean new interior and the rooms are good, but the prices are too high, over 340 euros for one night?! Plus that doesn’t include breakfast. Breakfast is listed as 16.50 euros but in fact it’s 27!!! It’s nice but 27 is far too expensive. Added with some rude “that’s not my problem” style staff and you end up with the review rating above. Shame… I’d stay again but not touch breakfast...

Great hotel, friendly and very helpful staff, and great Spa area on the 7th floor with an awesome view. Great break fast and very nice, cozy, and large rooms. For business travelers later check in times would be nice.

Lovely room overlooking the sea complete with a sofa to relax on. Absolutely superb breakfast buffet and the cappuccino was first class. Small but sufficient sauna area including an infinity pool on the 6th floor. Highly recommended for a small wellness break if you are looking for some sea air.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious and the hotel was very clean. The pools and gym were great. It was a successful week at the Fährhaus.

This hotel is highly recommended for its location and facilities. I would like to highlight the very friendly staff. (Restaurant manager, service and reception, housekeeping). The food is very good, the kitchen knows its business. The breakfast buffet also leaves much to be desired. Simply put, "everything is perfect". We will be back.

We visited the cocktail bar. Higher standard, but so were the prices. Everything is suitable for the service and atmosphere. Everything was clean, the staff, first of all, human, and also very friendly. There is a compartment for smokers, which is also not available everywhere.

The Spa was so nice. Tip: put plastic bags in the dustbins in the room.

Very good hotel in the heart of Emden. The room we had was very clean and well equipped even with a safe, however, not newly renovated. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast selection in the morning. The location itself was very close, about 10 minutes foot walk from the city centre and the famous "Ratsdelft". The car outside costs 4€ a day, however is very crowded. Another option is the garage...

Refrigerator was out of order. At my last stay in another room, it was also out of order.

The rooms are adequate but in need of updating, it seems like some things were replaced but the bathrooms are older. The bed was rather too firm to sleep on comfortably and the bedding was a bit austere. Added to this, there was noise at 4-5am, but not sure where it came from. The parking filled up very rapidly and we had to park under the hotel. Breakfast was included and had a good variety.

Unfortunately the towels in the bathroom where not changed and there was no written information, that for ecological reasons, towels will only be changed every 2 or 3 days?. A bit old, otherwise we felt very comfortable. What we will remember is that there was a small kitchen in the room, so you don't have to go out to eat every day.

Overall, I was happy. The bathroom was new with a large shower. What I was missing were towel rails at the head of the shower, you had to step out of it to dry off. What annoyed me, however, was that my breakfast table, which I had for two days, was suddenly reserved for another gentleman, and I was assigned a cat table with a pillar in front of me. This is a no-go .. and does not work at all ..

We were only here to eat. This was very good. The portions were also absolutely sufficient. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely come back more often on the next vacation, even if you run out of calories before and after.

My friends are quite satisfied.

The room is not big, with a bunk bed, which can meet the basic rest needs of one person and one child. After all, it is a budget hotel, and the facilities lack hair dryers and napkins. Towels are bath towels.

Sehr schmackhaftes Frühstück und eine Vielzahl von Produkten. Super geschmackvolle Halbpension die man auch Mittags in Ruhe einnehmen und geniessen konnte. Tolles Spar- und Wellnesscenter einschl. Hallenbad und Aussenpool. Hier blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Excellent hotel, right by the sea. Excellent pools, saunas. Service in restaurants is excellent, organization is good. Food is good, especially breakfasts (buffet). Modern rooms, very good. Bathrooms too. I spent 2 weeks in this hotel and I am very satisfied.

Very tasty, I hope that next time you come you will have the sausage with wild garlic, I would recommend you to remove it from the menu if it is not there.

The spa is really great! Highly recommended. Right on the beach. Best to get there by taxi.

This island is worth a visit- best before peak season- beautiful beaches, a National park with tons of birds and seals. Really great for bike riding- especially because no cars are allowed on the island. Instead of car fumes you smell the wild roses that grow on the dunes. So lovely! This hotel is a quiet haven where you can relax and rejuvenate. Staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Excellent bar, one of the best on the island

would not stay again It says there is a restaurant- and this is why we booked it- but that is not true. Hotel is very dated; the room was under the roof and super warm (no fan or AC), breakfast choices are very limited.

Nice quaint hotel. 30 min ride to the Hannover Messe with the s-Bahn, but, no other complaints. Rooms where clean and present able. Would let guests know about the buttons to bring down the shades to darken the room.

Located in a town on the edge of Hanover, the breakfast is very simple and there are not many restaurants nearby, but there is a supermarket for daily purchases. Parking space is limited...

Parking - available, Rooms are clean and spacious enough but with old furnitures (and not the cute type). Breakfast was very average, personnel was ok. Overall 'it's good enough' for the price but nothing fancy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was actually a suite of two spaces--a decent-sized living room and a separate bedroom with the en-suite bath. The easy parking in front of the hotel is a plus, and the other great thing is the location, close to the main RR station and central shopping area.

Clean, functional, non-fussy room. However, there were some details that were awkward for me. I am not terribly short (152 cm), but I could only reach the on button for the light over the sink by using my hairbrush to extend my reach. The towel rack was also exceptionally high, and I could just barely reach it. Such design mistakes do not meet anyone's idea of accessibility for normal items.

Second time in this excellent hotel - ☆☆☆ superior - German top quality. The hotel is close to the train station. It is a quiet, squeaky clean hotel with very friendly personnel. There are some free of charge goodies that may surprise you. Well, enjoy your stay when you are there. Cheerios!

Felt safe Excellent experience! I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The service was excellent, personnel were kind and helpful and hotel was clean. English communication good. This is an exception hotel and, at the time of reviewing, deserved to be traveller ranked number one! Although our stay was just for one night - wished it could have been longer - everything was spot on, and a few pleasant surprises too! It is a nice and calm place to stay close to the City (Hannover). Good service for fair prices.

We stayed in this place for 3 nights and its quite place . Ms. Saskia made it very easy for us to get around. She provided us with directions to the near by restaurants and stores. Ms. Saskia called the taxi for us every time we needed a taxi. We felt home in Germany and we did not speak any German but Ms. Saskia was very helpful to make us feel home.

Small but clean, decent breakfast.

We had an apartment. The staff was super friendly - we got for our Little baby bed, beautifully drawn and with a small Teddy. The room was quiet and very nice. The Breakfast was super, everything what the heart desires is offered, fresh fruit salad, delicious rolls, and much more.

Staff very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast well arranged, but very satisfactory. Room practical Okay. A certain hallway is unbearable from the smell (of 2.5. Floor). Accordingly, it is, the smell in my room. Also, the towels... Allergy would leave here, or another room want. Minibar with a good selection available. Television, reading material and Wi-Fi available.
