The hotel is located next to Hannover HBF, only a three- to five-minute walk away. Turn left after exiting HBF. The hotel is decent. It's a relatively neat train station hotel, suitable for people who want to stay in Hannover for a day or two. The hbf is directly opposite the commercial street, which is convenient for shopping. The room was ok.

It's so-so, I only stayed there out of necessity.

I checked in consecutively without saying hello to the front desk. They would not come to clean the room or replace the drinking water.

The exhibition venue is very close and breakfast can be provided. There are McDonald's and supermarket next to it. Parking is free. Note that Hannover has a city tax of about 5% of the house price.

It's by the roadside, so it's not particularly quiet at night, but I slept soundly because I was too tired. The variety of breakfast is relatively good, but not too much, so just eat some and don't go hungry in the morning.

We were there at coffee time. We had to wait 10-15 minutes for the service to give us the first comb. At least 4 tables were not cleared, it took 25 minutes for the dirty dishes to be cleared away. Shower had a very slow drain, mentioned to front desk staff and was promptly attended to. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold selections. Very efficient and friendly staff, check in/out was quick.

More than a good hotel! We had a 3-day package "Romantik" half board and included a candlelight dinner. And a welcome cocktail (with 4 courses). Pleasant service, cozy bar, good massages, excellent service. We were in the main building. Perfect base for the Burgberg, Goslar and Werningerode (with the steam train to the Brocken, 1142 m high).

Parking is not free Surprisingly we had to pay for parking at the hotel, when it is impossible to arrive at hotel without a car. I wonder if they wish us to pay extra for using the beds next time ?

Near station and good breakfast

The traditional room facilities are older, but very clean. The provision of disposable slippers is a bit unexpected. The location is great, just opposite the train station. Maybe not in summer. There is no air conditioning, and European hotels generally don’t need much service.

There is the train station just outside, and it is only about 200 meters away from the subway station. The transportation is very convenient. There are many shopping places nearby and there are many choices for eating. I will choose it next time I travel.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and the breakfast delicious. The lobby is great and I could work there. They also offered to rent electric cars for just 5 euro per day.

You get what you pay for in Göttingen The service was good and the staff very friendly, but the room decoration must have been done 20 years ago. The bed was very hard and I could hear sirens from a near by hospital. The dinner at the restaurant was below par, but the staff was helpful to pack food for take away. The hotel has a classic, somewhat older style. There was no air conditioning in the room, so we had to open the window — but since it’s near a hospital, ambulance sirens were quite frequent and a bit disruptive at night. Very nice and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, for a hotel with this many rooms the dining room is too small, making dinner and breakfast buffets very chaotic and not very relaxing. However, food is excellent. No a la carte service.

Hotel is nice in a quiet village surrounded by woods. Their is few people who speak English but I think it adds to the charm and enjoy the fun experience. My last visit was with my wife if a better room but this time the room was very small and no air con and it was very hot in the night. I still like the hotel but wasn't the best experience this time

Really good place to stay, I enjoyed the nice spa and the marvelous 3-course dinner afterwards. Easily of one the best places I’ve stayed at during my trips by car, through Germany.😊

Amenities in the room, room very silent and comfortable... Price breakfast included is no expensive compared with other hotels I've been in the same area. We stayed here while in town for our wedding during COVID. I would highly recommend this hotel, they were extremely responsive, took care with COVID measures, and allowed us to have a relaxing safe and enjoyable wedding weekend. The family Schnapps was just an added bonus to a wonderful stay. Highly recommend if your in the area.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city

Very small room and no AC. The highlight is the breakfast buffet. Excellent food and great view from the 6th floor on the harbor. If you just use the room for sleeping and you are not staying in the middle of the summer it’s a great hotel. The staff was very nice.

Very good hotel, nice breakfast, good spa area, quiet rooms. Even the room closest to spa was quiet. In the room bathrobe, extra towel and slippers - all handy for the use in spa. Parking area is sufficient, two parkings one in the front of the main entrance and one in the backyard. Costs 10€ per night, but always spots available.

The few rooms that can be booked during the Hannover Industrial Fair are several times more expensive than usual. The transportation is very convenient, right next to an Ubahn station, very convenient to HBF and Messe.

I traveled for business (musician) and picked the hotel because of the reasonable price and the distance to the venue I performed at. I was very satisfied about the overall experience regarding comfort, cleanliness, and friendliness

In the morning i paid for a large bier 4euros. I came back to hotel on the same evening and suddenly bier was 5.5euros. How?! Mainly workers are friendly and helpful.

Far out of the center, the parking garage is quite far from the hotel and if you have a big car the entrance is a challenge. The room was comfortable except for the badly designed bathroom with the door hitting the toilet bowl and not closing properly.

The location by the lake is truly beautiful and creates a wonderful atmosphere. However, for a 4-star hotel I found the services a bit lacking, and the rooms could benefit from some updates. Overall, the value for money was not quite satisfactory.

Nice place to relax We stayed in a deluxe double which had a view out over the garden and on to the lake. The room was clean and tidy but there are no tra or coffee making facilities in the room.
