However, the location was great: just 200 meters from the train station and about 2 kilometers from the city hall area, making it convenient for commuting and not far from the city center. Excellent Hotel for a short stay in Cuxhaven. Walkable distances to attractions and the habor. Several Restaurants and the museum in walking distance. Besides the kitchen the hotel doesn't offer any other amenities so you might want to look around if you are planning to stay longer.

It's a lovely hotel, quiet, in a calm area. The room was very clean. I could have had coffee, tea and snacks at any time, if I wanted. The breakfast was delicious and there was very attentive staff. The receptionist was very helpful. I cannot fault anything, just a pity we had very little time there and had to leave 15 minutes after breakfast start, because of works along the U-Bahn line.

I stayed at the Plaza Inn over Christmas while visiting family. I had a single room. It was perfectly fine—sufficiently sized, clean, and quiet. The entire building is a bit dated, but you don't notice that in the room. I can't comment on breakfast, as I didn't book it. I will probably book the hotel again next year. I found the price/performance ratio to be very good.

I do like the option of me choosing when to have the room clean by putting out the door tag. The breakfast is always good and the restaurant food for supper is very good with generous portions.

Business Hotel, personnel at very high level, friendly and ready to assist (they have all my gratitude). Internal restaurant is very good. Breakfast almost fine. Moreover, the fact that there is no laundry service is not acceptable. Rooms cleaning to be improved.

The Hotel is located across the street from the central station, and a short three stop train ride to the town centre. Upon arrival there was only one member of staff checking people in so this took about 15 minutes. My single room was spacious enough, shower was okay, a little on the small side, but I had everything I needed and it was ok for the price I paid.

The hotel is kind of old and the included food was not great. Breakfast buffet better than the dinner. Only internet in the lobby and nearly no data service on my phone - not the hotel's fault, but the combination leaves you nearly cut off from the outside world. I stayed there for one night. The room was quite spacious, the breakfast room offers a good view on the sea (and of course a delicious breakfast). The hotel also has a relaxing sauna area. It was a really enjoyable stay.

My first impression of the place was two half naked eastern Europeans smoking outside the lobby, and when I got into said lobby the door was closed and I had to call a phone number to check in. I like the service and the room. Everything was very clean and the checkin (online) was very easy. I would classify this place as an INN rather than a hotel. It would be better (and safer) if there were more restrictions to the doors that lead to the rooms.

Very nice hotel. You can feel that the owner it starting his best to make as best experience as possible. Of course you can feel the COVID crisis, but I Had good overall experience. Great all you can eat breakfast. Take the option. It is worth it. Lots of historical value to explore around on the property and if that is not really for you, then there are beautiful scenic routes to take a walk and even better if you take your dog along.

We stayed just one night as the location was convenient for our travel plans. We arrived just before the midnight and the reception was still open. Cosy Hotel, Friendly Staff Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Hotel is virtually next to the Goslar Train Station.
