The hotel was a fantastic experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were attentive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.

The rooms were so big and clean

The staff are fantastic and helped make the stay nice. The only complaints I have is that I asked for a room with a view of the pond but the view was not very good. Also the parking is not great. The lot fills fast and the underground garage is very difficult to get a large car into. All in all though I would stay again.

When we stayed here for the first time in September 2008, my husband had the flu and we couldn't really enjoy the beautiful countryside next to the hotel. Now we returned to visit my mother and to attend my high school class reunion which also took place in a room at this hotel (beautiful room) which was downstairs. We had the same suite (257) that we had 7 years ago and everything was perfect again...

The room we stayed in was in a building still under renovations. This hotel is close to train and does not have air-conditioning in the rooms.

Very well located hotel with free parking right in front of the entrance. Little accessibility considering the 15 stairs at the entrance to the hotel. Late arrivals make check-in inconvenient, and I couldn't get through to customer service by phone. The room was spacious overall, and the environment was quite nice, but the location was a bit remote.

The hotel is located in a residential area and is fairly easy to reach by public transport. Parking isn't easy to find. The room and bathroom were clean and OK for the price. Okay hotel in the middle of nowhere

Hidden in the forest just outside Gifhorn, this hotel is an ideal place to stay over night if you have a meeting in Wolfsburg or Hannover. At busy times of trade fairs in Hannover, this could be your next best accommodation at a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Buffet table breakfast is included in the price. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My stay was unpleasant as during the night they turned off the heat and nighttime is when it is coldest. There is no staff at nighttime so if you need anything (like if you lock yourself out of your room) you have to wait until morning. I would not recommend staying here.

Nice room and people It's a nice hotel with a good breakfast, some rooms are outside of the hotel and for the breakfast you have to go in the main structure. We really liked this hotel. We had a nice room with a balcony, and there is a lift. Food was very good, served in a 4th floor restaurant. There was a hot buffet every night we were there, which was very good value. Breakfast was also good. There is a pool in the basement, and a lovely garden. Staff were helpful. Plenty of free parking. Small hotel with super friendly staff. The food was delicious and the room was clean. The pool and sauna area are small but nice and ideal for swimming or relaxing. Price / performance is absolutely justified. We had a few nice days in Bad Lauterberg for the narrow thaler.

Lovely hotel during the day. We turned up after 21:00 hrs and this is a sleepy town...everything was shut. Keys were dispensed from a machine outside, and we just managed to make last orders at a local pizza place. We only wanted a beer, but had to purchase a pizza to unlock the beer experience. The environment is comfortable, with a swimming pool, and it has a more resort-like feel than a typical hotel.

Cleaner than I expected. The place isn't big, but it's very quiet, suitable for business trips. There's a large supermarket a five-minute walk away, which is convenient for shopping. The mattress is also quite firm and comfortable to sleep on.

It was small room but with second bed . Many decorations inside to make the eyes turn to them as for me it was too much. Basic things were present .

It was a perfect stay for me. The best features of the hotel : location, delicious food, friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel. By the way, we had to leave the hotel before the start of breakfast since we had to catch our flight. Because of that reason, they prepared a package of food for me and my colleague. All wishes were fulfilled by us and the desired bouquet of flowers was already in our room when we arrived. The hotel is very nicely decorated, the rooms are very nicely done and the spa area is very pleasant. The breakfast is very good. The beach is only about 500 m away and allows you to relax very well.

I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.
