We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and assisted in familiarizing us with the location and gave great recommendations for food/nearby activities. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view.

I’ve stayed at the Motel One in Wiesbaden several times, but this visit was especially wonderful. The front desk team was exceptionally dedicated and genuinely committed to creating a great guest experience – many other hotels could take a lesson from them! Here, service orientation and customer satisfaction truly come first. We’re already looking forward to our next stay in January! :-)

I’ve been to Wiesbaden five times and stayed at many hotels, but this is the first one with no minibar or even a bottle of water for guests. The breakfast selection is also very limited. Parking is quite inconvenient — you have to park in the shopping center and it took me a while to find the elevator to the hotel because there were no clear signs. For the same price, I’d rather stay at Premier Inn...

No complaints and as expected. We were allocated a room on the top floor, and asked for this be be changed but they declined. Also keys didn't work do we had to go backwards and forwards to reception a couple of times.

No water heater, no fridge, no safe in the room. Very basic facility with poor breakfast. Front desk people were very friendly, very helpful. Location is very good.

If you're just staying for business purposes, it's sufficient. The breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety of items. However, the room is simple and the desk isn't suitable for long periods of work, so it might not be suitable for tourists.

Friendly checkin staff, clean and comfortable room. The balcony was quite nice. The bed was comfy with a bunch of pillows. Despite being in the centre of town, it was really quiet at night and I had a great night's sleep. Very good value for money.

Room was clean and tidy. Even though there was construction around there was not a noise issue when I was there. Breakfast was typical Continental Style with cold cuts yogurt cereal but there was no hot options such as eggs or sausages. Nothing special but adequate. Overall, I would definitely stay here again

However the breakfast is overpriced at nearly 17 euros - there is a limited buffet selection with no hot food and only coffee from a machine, its not worth the money.

All in all a lovely weekend away in a nice hotel. On the main it was fine. Continental breakfast was sufficient, room was nice and clean and bar area was fine. But noisy at times maybe due to the hotel location and when the cleaners doing the morning round. Main issue was virtually no English speaking tv channels. Otherwise for general location to city centre and everything else, I’d stay again.

It was very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping malls and bus/tram stations. As a suggestion, it would be really nice if they can provide a bottle of water in the room as a complimentary service.

My partner and I have a wonderful experience. Thankful to the staff for their english speaking skills. The breakfast was nice, beautiful view from that part of the hotel.

The location is very central (walkable in less than 10 mins from train station, tram also available). You can also walk to the centre of the old town and the Gewandhaus Concert Hall. Staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are clean, comfortable.

Staff was nice, there were parking in the basement. Room was small but fine. But the bed was quite bad, with deep indentations in the middle from use.

Staff were ok but a bit inattentive at times such as checking in and at the bar. Toilet seat in the room clean but badly stained in fact the whole hotel is looking a bit tired. Having said that we have been coming here for many years now and it is still very convenient for us although a kettle in the room would be useful.

Good food options nearby, accessible by a number of U- and S-Bahn trains and busses, and not that far from the city center. For a last minute option for the Berlin Marathon weekend, it was affordable and I was happy with the room. Clean, decently sized, and reasonably priced. Staff was also very helpful when I locked myself out of my room. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

This review takes in consideration the specific area of Neukölln with its various hotels. Before finding Motel Plus, we came from two bad experiences in other two hotels of that area hence, when we reached Motel Plus, we felt like in paradise (and we spent less than in the previous two hotels). I traveled recently to Dresden for the Christmas Markets. Motel One Zwinger was perfectly located within easy walking distance of all the markets and was perfectly situated in regards to the historical district of Dresden. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel bar was convivial. I am a mature solo female Traveler and I felt very safe in the area around the hotel. Happy Travels!

About 1 block outside the Old Town walls. Cafe nearby is rated number one. Huge breakfast. Bad thing, everything closed on Sunday so stock up on waters and snacks.

Old Town across the street by a block. Easy access to the Christmas Kindlmarket in Nurnberg. Room is slightly small and for the price paid $575 USD, they could have had a couple free waters in room. The buffet is small and not worth 17 euros (over $20 USD) each person for each morning. It’s just continental.

Not up to Motel One standards. Most concerningly my room (141) was situated next to a fire escape to a car park and I was disturbed one night by three guys sitting on the steps of the fire escape talking and drinking. I doubt very much they were guests (if you were a guest would you spend your time on the fire escape?) so it begs the question how they managed so easily to get into the hotel from outside...

We are ok with the small room size that Motel One hotels have. The Frankfurt location of the Motel One Airport is not really close to FRA. The location is also quite a distance from downtown Frankfurt. The breakfast buffet is light - no scrambled eggs (just hard boiled eggs), no bacon or sausage. Pastries were so so. There is no public transit nearby, and not much of a choice of nearby restaurants...

The rooms are small but clean and functional. The hotel is located next to a busy highway, yet with the windows closed there is hardly any noise. They serve very good cocktails, and the staff is friendly.

Very central to everything. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need for a sleep and a shower. Bed was a 9 out of 10. Comfy but I'm not a fan of 2 single pushed together. Highly recommend for a 2 or 3 night stay.

The hotel is close to the subway line, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself is rather old, the mattresses are not very comfortable, and the rooms have electric fans, but no air conditioning. This is a place at a gas station where truck drivers stop to rest. It is clean but when I hit in my room it smelled like body odor. I had to air it in a 4C weather. It is very very basic. Not good for longer stays! But for a quick pit stop it may work.
