Motel One München-East Side in Munchen

We have visited Munich many times, my OH stayed at this hotel on his last stay and loved it. It was my first stay. We arrived a little earlier than check-in and assumed we'd need to store our bags - but no, we were checked in. It was a lovely friendly chek-in. Our room was lovely. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Happy out with it. We really liked breakfast. The first morning we were wondering about space, but realised there was a lot more than is initially apparent. It was busy each of the mornings, but never too busy and food was replenished quickly. We had a few drinks in the foyer at times and it was fine - not really a bar experience, but it was nice for a drink when we got back at night and not quite ready to turn in. Location wise, it is very close to public transport. We'll be in Munich again and will stay here again.

Perfect hotel for overnight business stay. Comfy rooms, small but good for sleeping (what I only need when staying out of home). Good location if you need Maximilianeum or Klinikum Rechts Der Isar, etc. Ostbahnhof is about 200 yards away. Ubahn, tram, bus are close to hotel. Spacious and easily accessible underground garage for €15 per day. Everything you need. In fact very medium hotel but with everything you need for acceptable price. Breakfast is not remarkable, but absolutely acceptable and sufficient. Clean, modern, hospitable property. Summary: if you need no serious problems for your stay but without any superb features, it's the proper place.

Great room, Clean and big, 6 min walk to the main east train station, from there you can reach anywhere in Munich, The only downside was a low water pressure in the shower.
