I stayed on 25 February 2026. 2nd floor and 3rd floor was smelling too bad! Beside, My room was smelling like Kitchen-frying oil.
I do believe this is not acceptable.
Very bad experience. I wanted to change my room 1st floor. But I could not reach anyone around 12 pm.
There was no water to drink in the room!

Amazing hotel I really enjoyed my stay here, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff were the best very kind, friendly, and always helpful. Thank you for such a great experience. I would be happy to come back again😍😍

This hotel is terrible. It's bare bones, filthy, and expensive if there's an event happening at the arena next door. Unfortunately, they are the only option. You'd think being the only hotel close by an event center, they would at least have a meeting area in the lobby that would seat more than 4 people. Our room was dirty, moldy, smelled bad, and had terrible quality craftsmanship.

The room itself is satisfactory - nothing special. That's okay considering the price.
However, the room had a strong chemical smell when I arrived and the toilet bowl had NOT been cleaned since the last guest. This was obvious from the brown streaks and chunks still in the bowl, and it was obvious that the cleaner had forgotten to clean the toilet.
2/5 Stars - 1 Star for the price and 1 Star for the location.

I was very pleased with my stay at the B&B Hotel Düsseldorf Airport. For the price, you get excellent value - a spotless room with air conditioning and ultra-fast free Wi-Fi. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the tram station with only a 20-minute ride to Düsseldorf city center, and conveniently close to both the airport and business district. I’ll definitely book here again!

The hotel's location is fairly convenient, with easy access to restaurants and transportation nearby. The rooms aren't large, but they have all the basic amenities. Cleanliness is acceptable, though there's room for improvement in some details. Service is average; front desk efficiency is so-so, and communication is rather simple. Overall, it's okay for one night, but nothing particularly outstanding, and the price-performance ratio is average.

I only stayed at the hotel for one night. I needed to bridge the time before my next flight. Friendly staff. Clean. Just a bit far from the airport.

Location perfekt mest the Dome, good transport to the city, really goos breakfast. Recommend!

The room is small, but transportation is convenient. The hotel buffet is decent. It's located far from the city center, but close to the airport. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a one-kilometer walk. It's a good place to stay for a business trip.
