This hotel is in a good location. Not too far from the main station and also has trams and busses nearby. The room was a decent size with a nice shower (the best we had in Europe). Also a desk to work at and a little fridge. The breakfast was basic but good quality. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shops. Lots to choose from. If you want to see the cherry blossoms, this is a good place to be. I can highly recommend staying here.

Stayed for one night before we flew home and what a lovely hotel! Room was huge, with a great sized bathroom and fantastic shower. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and wonderful coffee! Staff were super helpful and we’d definitely stay again next time we are visiting the area!

Very helpful staff. Decent spread of breakfast (liked the scrambled eggs).. some draft in the room and as colder than usual. Private parking available

We have visited Bonn and stayed at the delightful Hotel Aigner at least 3 times the first in 2011 always for the Christmas Markets. The reason we keep coming back is because of the lovely staff who are there to ensure that you have a good stay. The rooms we have had are all really good the beds are comfy and the bathrooms well equipped with everything you need. Pre booking for car parking works best for us and we are happy to pay for the security. Breakfast is plentiful and varied and to a very high standard.
Turn right out of the hotel walk to the crossroads and there are several good pubs and restaurants.
Thanks to all who helped us to have another great stay. See you again.

Great Hotel in the Centre of town. Very helpful and informative staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent . Town Centre 5 minutes walk away. Only down side, road though one way, rather small and busy. Getting into the yard to park car rather difficult and getting out again requires a Master Class. We managed though and as said before thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We booked the hotel, because the hotel policy allows to bring pets. That is clearly stated on the website of the hotel and on the booking. However, we got a massage that we could not bring our cat.
I am wondering if their employees don't know the policy or the hotel itself provides false info. Anyhow, the lying to the customers is not exeptable.

Lovely little hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent location with some great restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby, but nothing too lairy. Only a five minute stroll to the to the city centre. My own gripe is that there was no air-con. But can’t fault the place besides that. I’d really recommend staying here.
