Never, ever stay here. This hotel has disastrous service. If you arrive late for check-in, they won’t contact you in any way, meaning that if you don’t speak German or can’t make phone calls, you’ll never get your room key (I almost experienced this, if not for the help of a kind German woman). The staff are arrogant and rude, and they believe it’s the guest’s responsibility to figure out how to get the key. They never apologize to the terriable process or respond to emails. Additionally, they keep the balcony doors open in September, and by the time I checked in, there were already plenty of insects in the room.

I loved my stay there. The room was super clean. All of the hotel staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. The room was the perfect size and the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms in the new building have air conditioning, which is ideal in warm temperatures. New room furnishings, comfortable bed, had a single room. The bathroom had no door to the rest of the room, but as a single user it was no problem, access from the hallway. Breakfast coffee, rolls, sausage, cheese, jam, cereal, orange juice, simple but I don't have any other breakfast at home. Service very attentive, friendly, if something is missing they will refill it. Breakfast times from 6:45 a.m., good if you are staying overnight for work, you can have breakfast in peace and start the working day.

Bonn-Beuel city center is easy to reach on foot.

We had a large room and space to park the car. The room is fairly basic but absolutely perfect as a base on the east side of the river. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room

My wife and I stayed here for only 1 night & wish we could stay longer! Fantastic Service, Amazing Hotel => we both would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Doesn't match the price... Expensive in compare what it offeres. Bad location, far from city, unprepared staff & room, problems with shower... Even the location mapping on google was false... No directions to hotel, hidden behind some buildings...
