Prize by Radisson, Bonn City in Bonn

- Too hot to sleep. There is practically no airconditioning.
- Only one staff at check-in. Had to wait >30 minutes.
- Some staff are quite rude/not fit for the job.
- Was promised house keeping but room was never cleaned and never got new towels.

Location is OK, the rooftop bar is nice but it really is quite a budget hotel (e.g. no fridge in the room). Expected better service from Radisson.

Eww. Had 3 or 4 cockroaches in the room. Didn't meet international standards. Ac not functioning ,It was too hot inside the room. So could not sleep properly for 2 days. If you are looking for a place to sleep properly ,this is not the one for you. The only place in Germany where I had the worst worst stay. They should arrange proper kettle to have hot water or tea in the room ,instead of stingy arrangement at the reception. Because that is a normal basic amenity in international hotels.Not worth for the money. Even cheap hotels in Berlin serve better service and better rooms.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the river with a beautiful walking path, and within walking distance of downtown. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive aspect of my experience.

I booked the hotel through Expedia and arrived late, only to find that my reservation had been canceled without any notification. I had to rebook and pay again for the entire stay. Although Expedia later made an exception and reimbursed the first payment, the hotel refused to address the issue — essentially charging me twice for the same stay.

The room was not cleaned properly and was only serviced once during my six-night stay. There was usually only one person at the reception, resulting in long wait times — often between 60 to 90 minutes just to speak with someone. Some staff members were rude; one even harassed me simply for standing near a piece of artwork while I was waiting to resolve an issue.

Overall, it was a terrible experience. I typically stay in budget hotels and have never encountered anything like this before. I would not recommend this hotel.
