It's a little weird because it is a hotel and a care home. Service only 3 stars because a member of staff opened my room door and was trying to let somebody else into the room after I had checked on and while I was changing. No real apology.

A good, clean hotel, close to the wonderful city of Colina, about 20 km away, and accessible via the highway. It doesn't take long, and the rooms are spacious and nice. Everything is available. It's a great place to spend a pleasant time with your family in this city, and the price is reasonable.

A really nice hotel located on a mountain, which gives you a nice view over the city. Friendly staff, the breakfast and dinner are really good here. There are also some nice walking trails you can do, if you're visiting this hotel and other things you can visit that are close by.

The cleanest, most comfortable room I had for a long time! The breakfast buffet is the best as well, even smoked salmon and other choices I haven’t seen in anything but a luxury hotel. We have visited Bonn and stayed at the delightful Hotel Aigner at least 3 times the first in 2011 always for the Christmas Markets. The reason we keep coming back is because of the lovely staff who are there to ensure that you have a good stay. Little tiny GEM near Bonn area Friendly and heartwarmIng. HavIng a history but well maintained. Bathroom is totally refurbished.

It used to be home to diplomats working in Bonn. Now, feels like muslim town, lots of Arab shops and restaurants. But to be fair, we had the best street food there. No good sitting restaurants around. Hotel staff was not very helpful. AC was not working. Need to climb some stairs with luggage to get to the reception.

This hotel/apartment was in a great location to the Marktplatz. Short walking distance to the Ludwig von Beethoven Haus and wunderbar einkaufen. The hotel on the other hand was not that good. The room was not very good, the bed was not comfortable, the pillows felt like crumpled clothing, and the wifi did not work. Would not stay here again.

This design hotel is located near the Beethoven House. The interior is casual and features furniture from the Scandinavian furniture brand Bo Concept. The room was incredibly clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. They were able to check us in way earlier than our checkin time. They communicated well and emailed us before our stay. They even let us keep our bags with them AFTER checkout so we can walk around, grab food before our flight. I would definitely come back. I'm glad I chose them for our stay.

Great location, fair prices and very responsive service. I got lucky and got a newly renovated room (#13). But I see from reviews that dome are older. The room was great. Very spacious. A full apartment. The walls were quite thin, so if you get loud neighbors staying up late it could be hard to sleep.
