MINUS: You are being a little pushed to pay cash and you notice from the start they don't work fully legaly.Water koming out from the shower plumming, Thin walls, no TV, no internet. PLUS:Breakfest is ok and the room is clean, metro station 50m away, little bars in the area, shops like Norma, Aldi, etc

Comfortable location, right at U-bahn. Not very clean, during winter time the rooms are cold and not heated. Breakfast is good enough. Mostly favorable for budget travelers.
