Location is good - 30 seconds to u-bahn station, 10 mins from big deutsche bahn/s-bahn station (not the main station though). a bit far away from restaurants, but if you walk 10 mins, you will be there. The conference centre hotel has some very nice rooms with excellent staff. However the decor seems a bit dated and I’ll be honest for the space it’s a bit on the steep side. We stayed over night with our child and while they claim children can stay for free, they charge you extra if you actually want them to have a sofa bed made up. This fee is not disclosed up front. Perfect place to stay. Close to the city center. Private parking available for an extra fee. The rooms are well-equipped and have everything you need. Very clean with a fresh renovation. The room is very big and clean. Very comfortable bed to have a good night sleep. However, only one bottle of water is provided for each check in (though we stayed for two nights). So had to purchase expensive water at the lobby.

The hotel is well located, not directly in the old town, but in walking distance to all sights of the city. It is in a relatively quiet area with wonderful views of the Dom. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the gym & spa area is clean and worth a visit to relax. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean.

The buffet was great in terms of variety and quality. The hotel was a little dirty and the walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbours😅 talking. The bed was a little dirty with yellow stains on the bed frame and sheets. The sauna room was nice and pretty new but it was also a little unkept with dirty towels inside. This hotel is super close to Cologne Cathedral and the Cologne Central Station, just about a ten-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient. You can even see Cologne Cathedral from your room! The minibar drinks are complimentary, and the room itself is clean and tidy.

The location is quite good. The room was very spacious and well decorated. Although it is located on a busy road, the room was reqlly quiet.

The room was incredibly clean, and it even had a bathtub. But the best part was the breakfast – a fantastic spread, very clean, and top-notch service. It was perfect for a first-time visitor to Germany like me, wanting to experience local specialties.

It was a pretty good stay. Having a supermarket right next door was really convenient, and being next to the pedestrian shopping street was great for shopping. Plus, Cologne Cathedral is less than a ten-minute walk away.

From the central station, it is about 3 stops, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there’s first bus operated at 4.45am. The famous cathedral church is about 15 mins walk and there’s a convenience stall along the journey. The room is huge, and the breakfast is nice. Overall it worth every penny you spend. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable stay. I came with three kids and they had plenty of space to play in the bench corner. Right next to the reception is the children's play corner, which was good to kill time while waiting in the lobby. This hotel offers great value for money. It was very comfortable, and the environment was lovely, right next to the Chocolate Museum and close to the Rhine River. About 1 kilometer from Cologne Cathedral, the view is also fantastic. It's located right on the Rhine River, and walking along the river offers beautiful scenery. There are tons of dining options nearby, an absolute feast for the eyes.

I didn't take photos of the Superior room, but it's definitely more spacious than the standard room. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, which I actually prefer. The hotel is very close to the Chocolate Museum and right by the Rhine River. In the mornings, lots of people are out walking and exercising, so the environment is quite pleasant.

Had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Hotel. Service is excellent and amenities are 5 star. Bathrobes, towels, slippers, and toiletries are all excellent qualities. Probably last time i'll go to this hotel. You can park your car on site for.... 24€.... I took the car and parked on the street for 5€.
