The hotel is quite close to Cologne Central Station and the Cathedral, and everything about it is good.

However, we heard someone trying to open our door during midnight!! Weird thing was on the first day the door lock was working fine, but the second day it was broken so we could not lock the door from inside

Highly doubted that someone internal broke the lock and gave the key to someone external. It was quite surprising to me that a 5-star hotel doesn’t seem safe. :( Other than that, location is convenient

The main drawbacks were the location, a bit far from the city center, which was less convenient for quick outings, and the €20 daily parking fee, which felt high

I stayed at Radission BLU in Cologne for the second time. The room was very good, close to the exhibition hall, very convenient to go out, the bar in the lobby was also very good, with a lot of drinks

Fantastic hotel! Even though it's not in the Old Town, it's incredibly convenient to get to the cathedral – just a 2-minute train ride from the station right next to the hotel, even faster than taking the bus

The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the bed – it was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Waking up to the sound of the Cologne Cathedral bells right outside the window was truly wonderful

However, the most frequent point of criticism noted by guests is a specific maintenance issue: the water heater takes a long time to deliver hot water, which can be an inconvenience during a stay

Opted for Hilton for a business trip, and as always, it was great. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy

I book this hotel every time I come to an exhibition. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center and you can walk there. The transportation is convenient and the environment is very good

Location is good - 30 seconds to u-bahn station, 10 mins from big deutsche bahn/s-bahn station (not the main station though). a bit far away from restaurants, but if you walk 10 mins, you will be there

NICE FACILITIES FOR BUSINESS TRIP

The conference centre hotel has some very nice rooms with excellent staff. However the decor seems a bit dated and I’ll be honest for the space it’s a bit on the steep side

We have not taken breakfast, cause it was too pricey (30EUR per person) and used the restaurants nearby instead. Also, spa is available for the reduced price of 6 EUR per person incl

To arena, perfect to stay! Also to the city center, easily to get there by tram. Staffs are all nice and helpful.

Top location, room is nicely clean and spacious with good views. Perfect for my business trip. Just the wait for check-in in the front desk takes too long and I arrived around 6 pm. Wish this could be improved.

The room is very big and clean. Very comfortable bed to have a good night sleep. However, only one bottle of water is provided for each check in (though we stayed for two nights)

The hotel is well located, not directly in the old town, but in walking distance to all sights of the city. It is in a relatively quiet area with wonderful views of the Dom

Excellent hotel, convenient location with easy access to Heumarkt, Neumark, Schildergasse and Hohe Straße. A 12 min walk to Köln Central Station and the Dom. The glass elevator you can see the Dom.

It was a pretty good stay. Having a supermarket right next door was really convenient, and being next to the pedestrian shopping street was great for shopping. Plus, Cologne Cathedral is less than a ten-minute walk away.

We really liked our hotel. It was easy to get to. However, on the first day, we had some difficulty with the heating. It was also strange that no slippers were provided.

This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in in Europe. It's right next to the metro station and only about a 15-minute walk from the main cathedral

The hotel staff were also very friendly, the rooms were spacious, and you could even see a corner of the cathedral. The hotel even provided a complimentary bottle of mineral water and a bottle of soda

It's not far from Cologne's main train station, about a 15-minute walk or one light rail stop away, and close to a metro station. The room has a view of the cathedral from the window

we need to be near the center of Koln.there were two kind of staffs in the hotel office.very nice men and girls working there.nice experience

The location slightly far from the central station and other sightseeing , yet it walkable . There is a tram station infront Of this hotel which will be handy if someone don’t wish to walk much .

I came with three kids and they had plenty of space to play in the bench corner. Right next to the reception is the children's play corner, which was good to kill time while waiting in the lobby

The location is close to the riverside, 800 meters from the Lindt Chocolate Museum and 2 km from the city center. The family room is quite spacious and includes a bathtub

The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk to the cathedral, about 1. Public transport here can be expensive, so walking and enjoying the scenery along the way is a good option

The shower was very nice with good water pressure and individual bath products for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We aren't sold on the scent but felt very clean afterwards

Very good location, It is exactly near the chocolate museum. The only negative thing is that The sauna is very small. Overall it was a pleasure experience.

The hotel is just by the Rhein river and next to the Chocolate museum. Walk slowly along the river towards the Cathedral and soak in the beauty of Koln

The Hotel is conveniently located near the central station, and it is the cost effective deal for staying.

There is a window separating the bathroom from the rest of the room that is painted over but one of the previous guests had made a peephole which was not an issue for us. Staff were friendly and helpful at this hotel

/Mediapark and this about 5 min away, Hansaring train station just under 10. with been out of the center is nice and quiet. I would look to stay again if i was to return to Koln

Good location and good price for the experience

Everything was great. The location was not the best tbh but it was ok, about 10 min walk to the nearest U bahn. The amenities was a bit limited but fine.

There were used water bottles and trash left in the room, and they were not removed. Slippers were not placed in the room at all; they only provided them after I specifically asked. The towels were old and worn out

I didn't take photos of the Superior room, but it's definitely more spacious than the standard room. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, which I actually prefer

Centrally located business hotel with very modern and clean rooms. Large Breakfast buffet and very tasty food. The staff are very friendly. Many meeting rooms with good facilities and top hospitality.

Had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Hotel. Service is excellent and amenities are 5 star. Bathrobes, towels, slippers, and toiletries are all excellent qualities

The location is a bit far from the city center, which may not be ideal if you plan to explore the downtown area frequently. Check-in is only available after 3:00 PM, which felt a bit inconvenient

Small refrigerator is full of sparkling water bottles, soft drinks and chocolates and all free to consume

Plus Coffee machine with 4 or 5 types of coffee flavors complete with milk or creamer, and also different tea sachets, and chips all free to enjoy and replenish daily

Nice Hotel, nice bar and very Clean,everything was perfect.

They have an own concept called "lean luxury", two completely opposite words meaning in real life that: the walls are "industrial style", there's no carpet, the ambiance is cold (low temperature as well as figuratively cold), the sink is literally 1 meter away from the bed and you have to do your own check-in on a screen at the bar

I don't think I ever had such mixed feelings about a hotel I've stayed in. It is nice on the outside, it is well placed, the inner yard is quiet, it's got parking, it's clean

But the breakfast feels a little incomplete and the personal could be a bit more helpful. All in all, Ruby is an amazing bar & lounge that has a hotel attached to it

The bar downstairs (that serves as a reception) is really good, cocktails are amazing and I'm all in for the "free drink" offer instead of daily room cleaning

I was immediately offered a luggage service and free entry to the sauna, which I thought was very thoughtful. A wide variety of dishes and extras, such as waffle batter for making your own

It's a really nice hotel with really well behaved staff. It's just a 3-5 mins walk from the U-Bahn. The only problem- the Nespresso machine was faulty and wasn't working

You can see Cologne Cathedral directly from the room, and the walk to the cathedral is also very beautiful. Recommended! The staff are very enthusiastic
