the location of the hotel was great as it was so close to the christmas markets and city centre and train statio. the staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to provide us with whatever we needed

however, sometimes the cleanliness of the rooms were not as consistent, but this is not a big issue since we could call them up to rectify and they were willing to do so

Amazing location and lovely staff! Rooms are a little dated but that’s not a problem for a short stay, everything was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms had been renovated.

Location of the hotel very convenient, close to train station, close to the centre and Cathedral. The Room was clean with a fantastic view over the Rhine River and parrots on the trees in the evening and in the morning

And the best breakfast is the best so far to compare with other hotels. The only thing was a bit annoying, waiting time for elevators in the morning (to busy)

The main drawbacks were the location, a bit far from the city center, which was less convenient for quick outings, and the €20 daily parking fee, which felt high

I stayed at Radission BLU in Cologne for the second time. The room was very good, close to the exhibition hall, very convenient to go out, the bar in the lobby was also very good, with a lot of drinks

I would have preferred a queen or king bed instead of two twins pushed together since you do sink a little in the middle, but honestly that was minor compared to how great everything else was

Awesome stay! If you have the points, definitely choose the Club Floor. It's only 3,000 more points per night but an excellent value. We got a room facing the cathedral, etc. it was spectacular. The staff were top notch.

I book this hotel every time I come to an exhibition. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center and you can walk there. The transportation is convenient and the environment is very good

To arena, perfect to stay! Also to the city center, easily to get there by tram. Staffs are all nice and helpful.

It is on the west side of the exhibition center, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the north entrance. There is shampoo, but no conditioner. There is hand sanitizer and body lotion, but no soap

Perfectly placed hotel if you are attending the Koln Messe. Literally across the road from the East entrance. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The bar is good. About 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

The hotel is very close to the Cologne Exhibition Hall, and it only takes a few minutes to walk there. The receptionist is very friendly. The room is clean and sanitary, and there is plenty of hot water

Disadvantages: Breakfast is a bit expensive at 28 euros; the quilt is too thin and too short (but not cold). Summary: I will choose this place again when I attend the Cologne Exhibition next time

As a Marriott frequent guest, I usually don't write reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. For a global chain like Marriott, I found the breakfast selection to be good enough for my needs

The water from the kettle and the complimentary bottled water both tasted awful. The drinking water at breakfast was fine, though. If they're going to provide free water, it should at least be drinkable

It felt like the water needed filtering before use, it was just… indescribable otherwise. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Other than those issues, everything else was okay

We had the Continental breakfast in the Executive lounge and it was excellent with everything you could want. I do have to say that the parking was extremely tight so if you have a bigger car be careful and take it slow

I understand that not everyone can be overly friendly, but then a European woman walked up behind me, and suddenly the egg station lady was all smiles and said, 'Have a good day, Madam

Even though I could tell her my room number and my name, she wouldn't accept it and insisted on seeing an electronic version of my passport. I found that a bit hard to understand

A decent hotel with a nice location. The gym has only two treadmills, one of which was broken. WiFi was so bad, that I was unable to use it for a voice conference call

Best bed in Cologne. The bed at the Pullman is the best hotel bed I have ever slept on. So comfortable, had a perfect night sleep.

our first room had leaking toilet and it was pretty noisy as the water wouldn’t stop flowing and they changed our room promptly

The Pullman Cologne is in an amazing location in the city. With approx 5 minutes away from the tram station, we found it super easy to get around the city at a very affordable rate

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Dorint , it’s located in the center of cologne. The staff are amazing so kind and friendly. You can see the Dom from your lift. I believe there is rooms with Dom view

The Dorint hotel is in a very central location with wonderful views of the cathedral. The staff were very professional (from pre-trip communication to check-in and check-out) and super friendly

The room was large with ample furniture (larger bed than usual, built-in suitcase stand, full desk, armchair) and the decor a palimpsest of older furniture zhuzhed up with wall coverings, a decorative vase, floor lights in addition to bedside table lamps and desk light, etc

However, the blackout curtains and well-insulated windows made for a quiet night's sleep, despite the roads and building sites outside. It was still possible to open one window to let fresh air in

There was even a kettle to make tea and coffee, and a fridge, which was much appreciated! The bed was on the soft side and the pillows rather thin and fluffy, which was not quite to my liking

/Mediapark and this about 5 min away, Hansaring train station just under 10. with been out of the center is nice and quiet. I would look to stay again if i was to return to Koln

Good location and good price for the experience

Everything was great. The location was not the best tbh but it was ok, about 10 min walk to the nearest U bahn. The amenities was a bit limited but fine.

There were used water bottles and trash left in the room, and they were not removed. Slippers were not placed in the room at all; they only provided them after I specifically asked. The towels were old and worn out

I didn't use the bar or restaurant as on the very first night I entered and waited at the bar for about 3 minutes but nobody arrived, they were obviously busy just didn't really go back

Great hotel and location. Ideal for visiting the markets in late November. It was a shame that the sauna was only operational at certain times mid-week. Meant that it was always crowded early evening.

This hotel is centrally located near many tourist attractions in Cologne. Although the price is not inexpensive, I find it reasonable given Cologne's high standard of living and the peak season

Everything here is great. The staff is very friendly. But the room was very cold. I really like the minimalism, but I would have liked a small closet for coats.

Location was good, everything was close by or within an ok walking distance, rooms are very small and beds are not brilliant feels like a cheap mattress with a topper chucked on top could feel where previous people had slept with the dents in the mattress, shower n toilet area very small but to be fair it was ok for the few nights we was there, few black hairs on the bathroom floor if i was to be picky...

They have an own concept called "lean luxury", two completely opposite words meaning in real life that: the walls are "industrial style", there's no carpet, the ambiance is cold (low temperature as well as figuratively cold), the sink is literally 1 meter away from the bed and you have to do your own check-in on a screen at the bar

I don't think I ever had such mixed feelings about a hotel I've stayed in. It is nice on the outside, it is well placed, the inner yard is quiet, it's got parking, it's clean

But the breakfast feels a little incomplete and the personal could be a bit more helpful. All in all, Ruby is an amazing bar & lounge that has a hotel attached to it

The bar downstairs (that serves as a reception) is really good, cocktails are amazing and I'm all in for the "free drink" offer instead of daily room cleaning

But they provide some non-essentials as a Marshall speaker and a Marshall guitar amp, in case you wanna grab a guitar from the bar and "jam" in your room

The hotel is very well located, close to transport links and within walking distance of a range of bars and restaurants and many good neighbourhoods such as the Belgisches Viertel. There was a good choice for breakfast.

Ten from York fire Christmas markets and pals birthday. Rooms were great excellent showers. Breakfast covered all the bases. Staff on reception very helpful. Sorted out Koln Cards for us and 2 taxis back to airport
