The best hotel ever. It locates in the city center, where take only 5 minutes by bus to the cathedral. The staffs are very nice and my room was extremely beautiful

Staff were very helpful and professional. The rooms are alright but could use more electrical outlets, there were only two. Also, the push button shower takes a good 5 minutes to warm the water

Seriously not kidding about the last part. Outside rooms have good views as well

Good location and charming building. Checkin was slow and when I got to my room om 6nd floor the door key did not work. Down to reception again and expected quick help but had to wait more than 15 min, terrible

Elevators slow and busy, only 2 of 3 working. Piano bar was very good and the service was excellent

Location of the hotel very convenient, close to train station, close to the centre and Cathedral. The Room was clean with a fantastic view over the Rhine River and parrots on the trees in the evening and in the morning

The main drawbacks were the location, a bit far from the city center, which was less convenient for quick outings, and the €20 daily parking fee, which felt high

We ate at the Italian place inside with the gorgeous bar and the staff went out of their way to make us happy, the burger was also delicious. The lobby is modern and stunning and even SMELLS good

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Cologne during a business trip and had a great experience. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing

I stayed at Radission BLU in Cologne for the second time. The room was very good, close to the exhibition hall, very convenient to go out, the bar in the lobby was also very good, with a lot of drinks

The breakfast was outstanding, with a rich and varied selection

Stayed here for 10 days during Gamescom and had a fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond—keeping our room spotless, learning our team’s food and drink preferences, and even offering a special Gamescom menu which was a nice touch

We had the Continental breakfast in the Executive lounge and it was excellent with everything you could want. I do have to say that the parking was extremely tight so if you have a bigger car be careful and take it slow

Hotel is clean n not far from train station. So is near to the Koln Catheral . Nearby also hv a restaurant that serve the best pork knuckle.

Location is excellent too within walking distance of almost everything you would like to see

Took a short break in Cologne during weekend. Marriott is a nice place to stay with five minutes walk from the central station. Easy to find on arrival and easy for your departure by catching a train to airport

GOOD LOCATION, CLEAN AND NICE HOTEL.

- Convenient location with short walking distance to the train station; very busy surroundings with restaurants and bars. just wish there is an Expresso coffee machine in the room instead of some instant coffees

This hotel is very new and well-equipped. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Europe. The transportation is convenient overall, but if you use public transportation, you should be careful when you come back at night

You will pass a very dark park. The nearest supermarket is 14 minutes away on foot. If you need anything, you can buy it when you pass by the supermarket and bring it back to the hotel

Breakfast: it's done in buffet form, to my surprise there was a very friendly cook that will make you a very delicious omelet to your wishes. Definitely a hotel to go back to!

Good sound isolation in the rooms and silent airco. The room itself is not expensive. And the area is very hip, we found many nice bars and restaurants around

Absolutely incredible stay at Holiday Inn Express Cologne (Köln), highly recommend staying here :) Parking is great for those that are travelling by car, the car park is directly next to/ underneath the hotel

You can access it through reception, no long walks to find your car. The room was amazing with fantastic views of the city which I've included. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing

The service it’s good and nice Rome

Impressed with the location and the service. The only downside was the room was specified to have a city view and we were located on the 3rd floor with a view of the flat roof with vents making a noise 24/7

Great place to stay..just above the station with mere minutes to walk . Nice room and splendid breakfast offerings. Room does not provide toothbrush 🪥 so bring one . No slippers if you feel that you need.

It's a relatively new generation of mercure hotel, compared with Dusseldorf. The overall environment and facilities are better than it. while the price as well

It's not very good for big groups as there is no way a bus can normally get in and out of the parking lot. The entrance needs some work in that regard

Property was good. No maid service I guess unless you request. Don’t accept cash at. Restaurant/bar.

Nice quiet area of Köln, I'm was clean and a good size. Breakfast in the morning was also good and with plenty to choose from.

I stayed in the annex hotel not  main hotel booking and would have been a better experience as I had to cross the street  to go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast

We spent a couple of nights at Mercure Hotel Köln Belfortstraße and had a really pleasant stay. We got an upgrade to one of their apartments

The parking lot is at the mainbuilding and we stayed in the other building which is across the street and doesn't have the reception desk. It says there is parking provided but you still have to pay 23 euro for 24 hours

The location is good, about a 20-minute walk from Cologne Cathedral. The surrounding environment is nice, the space layout is relatively reasonable, the storage settings are good, and the living is quite comfortable.

But when they make it clear, they kindly upgrade suites for me and give me access to the lounge. The staffs are very kind and patient. The location is also very good, close to the city centre and U-Bahn

- Great location - The sauna is very nice - Good sized rooms - Easy check in - Nice gym - The mattresses were very hard (this may be a pro for you depending on your preferences) - shower water temperature was not consistent

The good: Great location in central neighborhood of Koln with lots of restaurants and bars around. I walked here from the train station, no problem. Breakfast buffet is really good

The service and rooms were great. The selection at the breakfast was good. I really liked the idea of the voucher for the hotel bar for every night you don’t want to have your room cleaned

/Mediapark and this about 5 min away, Hansaring train station just under 10. with been out of the center is nice and quiet. I would look to stay again if i was to return to Koln

It's close to the transtation. It's clean and quiet. The reception service is good. I would stay here next time.

Good services and located old town

I loved the service! The people working there were really nice. And at the reception they have water and a few snacks for people waiting:) So it was really nice!

The cleanliness and facilities provided match with it room charges. The breakfast of the hotel was very expensive. It's about HKD300 per head. The hotel should work something on it for the convenience of the customers

Hotel has great location. However be aware that even if you selected a twin beds it is not guaranteed. We were annoyed by this. Since this waa one of the reasons we selelected this hotel.

Unpleasant staff at reception, 26 Euros per night for parking, and basic rooms. Overall an average experience.
