Elevators slow and busy, only 2 of 3 working. Piano bar was very good and the service was excellent

Staff were very helpful and professional. The rooms are alright but could use more electrical outlets, there were only two. Also, the push button shower takes a good 5 minutes to warm the water

The main drawbacks were the location, a bit far from the city center, which was less convenient for quick outings, and the €20 daily parking fee, which felt high

We ate at the Italian place inside with the gorgeous bar and the staff went out of their way to make us happy, the burger was also delicious. The lobby is modern and stunning and even SMELLS good

Awesome stay! If you have the points, definitely choose the Club Floor. It's only 3,000 more points per night but an excellent value. We got a room facing the cathedral, etc. it was spectacular. The staff were top notch.

Waking up to that skyline was a real highlight of the trip. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially appreciated having both a shower and a bathtub separated, a small luxury that made a big difference

I would like to point out the friendly front desk staff. They were the best, super helpful and accommodating and gave good restaurant recommendations :) The rooms are clean and modern

One night stay so all good with close to station. Room very small so bed was very small. Smallest double bed we got in our 5 weeks Europe trip. Breakfast was good and that’s why we booked so not disappointed

The room I booked for the exhibition is across the street from the exhibition hall, which is very convenient. The restaurant and bar inside are good value for money, and there is also a sauna

Perfectly placed hotel if you are attending the Koln Messe. Literally across the road from the East entrance. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The bar is good. About 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

Breakfast was good but I was hoping for a bit more variety, and the omelette chef was only present for a couple mornings out of our 6 night stay but it’s understandable because we stayed around Christmas

A decent hotel with a nice location. The gym has only two treadmills, one of which was broken. WiFi was so bad, that I was unable to use it for a voice conference call

As a Marriott frequent guest, I usually don't write reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. For a global chain like Marriott, I found the breakfast selection to be good enough for my needs

I understand that not everyone can be overly friendly, but then a European woman walked up behind me, and suddenly the egg station lady was all smiles and said, 'Have a good day, Madam

Even though I could tell her my room number and my name, she wouldn't accept it and insisted on seeing an electronic version of my passport. I found that a bit hard to understand

However, the lady at the egg station seemed to have a very indifferent attitude, didn't want to engage much, and had a straight face

What I found odd was that the receptionist asked for my ID, which I didn't have on me (my passport)

' This really made me question her service attitude. Was it a coincidence? I'm not sure

Best bed in Cologne. The bed at the Pullman is the best hotel bed I have ever slept on. So comfortable, had a perfect night sleep.

The Pullman Cologne is in an amazing location in the city. With approx 5 minutes away from the tram station, we found it super easy to get around the city at a very affordable rate

The room was large with ample furniture (larger bed than usual, built-in suitcase stand, full desk, armchair) and the decor a palimpsest of older furniture zhuzhed up with wall coverings, a decorative vase, floor lights in addition to bedside table lamps and desk light, etc

However, the blackout curtains and well-insulated windows made for a quiet night's sleep, despite the roads and building sites outside. It was still possible to open one window to let fresh air in

There was even a kettle to make tea and coffee, and a fridge, which was much appreciated! The bed was on the soft side and the pillows rather thin and fluffy, which was not quite to my liking

It was the best option for us as we had a late flight to Cologne. The airport bus to town is close as well. Beautiful view from the bar and breakfast area. The terrace (probably better in spring/summer) is fantastic, too

My to go place for early flight departures from Cologne airport. Has everything that you expect when staying at a Moxy. Nice rooftop terrace with bar and restaurant and view over the airport

A short walk from both terminals one and two next to the s bahn station. Check in is at the bar on floor 5. I noticed at busy times it can take a while

The hotel is airport themed with a runway design on the carpet and features in rooms and elevators. Room was clean and well designed. A fridge would have been a good addition as a supermarket is in airport terminal

I came with three kids and they had plenty of space to play in the bench corner. Right next to the reception is the children's play corner, which was good to kill time while waiting in the lobby

Hotel was good near chocolate museum Rooms are spacious. Fridge in room was not working. Sofa cum bed couldn't be converted to sofa it was broken. Overall good experience staff is super supportive and friendly

Good location and good price for the experience

I stayed at NH Collection Köln Mediapark for two nights. Reception and the general hotel operation were good, but the room and housekeeping were unacceptable. The bathroom radiator/heater did not work

Everything was great. The location was not the best tbh but it was ok, about 10 min walk to the nearest U bahn. The amenities was a bit limited but fine.

Would recommend this hotel the rooms were nice the only downside they were warm and even with the AC on low every night was not able to cool the room down, The staff were amazing so helpful, there is not too much to do on the media park, a walk in to the center is about 20 minutes the tram is Christophstr

This hotel is very new and well-equipped. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Europe. The transportation is convenient overall, but if you use public transportation, you should be careful when you come back at night

You will pass a very dark park. The nearest supermarket is 14 minutes away on foot. If you need anything, you can buy it when you pass by the supermarket and bring it back to the hotel

Breakfast: it's done in buffet form, to my surprise there was a very friendly cook that will make you a very delicious omelet to your wishes. Definitely a hotel to go back to!

Booked a twin room. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here. The room itself is a bit small, and the shower is combined with the bathtub.

I didn't use the bar or restaurant as on the very first night I entered and waited at the bar for about 3 minutes but nobody arrived, they were obviously busy just didn't really go back

Great place to stay..just above the station with mere minutes to walk . Nice room and splendid breakfast offerings. Room does not provide toothbrush 🪥 so bring one . No slippers if you feel that you need.

Love the breakfast buffet! Excellent spread & quality. Bathroom looks newly renovated with rain shower. Bedroom was spacious although some noise from the pubs woke us at 2am

Great hotel and location. Ideal for visiting the markets in late November. It was a shame that the sauna was only operational at certain times mid-week. Meant that it was always crowded early evening.

There is a small carpark below the hotel, which was always full during our stay, but thanks to that we found out that there is a much bigger and cheaper carpark (Parkhaus Am Friesenplatz) right across the road from the hotel

This is a very nice hotel, at a convenient location very close to the centre of Köln, and with ample eateries nearby. Rooms are comfortable, ours was a very spacious junior suite which we really enjoyed

One thing to note about this room type, is that it is quite dark, as there is only one window that provides the needed daylight, while the lights in the room are a bit dim

I was there for 10+ days on a business visit. It is easy to get to the hotel and many places within walking distance, including public transport. What bummed me were the extra charges for parking and breakfast

Had I known I would have to pay for breakfast, I'd have stayed at a Hilton where I get free breakfast and preferred parking with diamond status. Otherwise, the hotel staff were very nice and welcoming

This was my 12nd stay at this place. Honestly the best near to the airport. Shuttle at every time, nice and smiley staff. The most valuable handling is coffee next to reception at morning time
