Elevators slow and busy, only 2 of 3 working. Piano bar was very good and the service was excellent

Staff were very helpful and professional. The rooms are alright but could use more electrical outlets, there were only two. Also, the push button shower takes a good 5 minutes to warm the water

Seriously not kidding about the last part. Outside rooms have good views as well

Location of the hotel very convenient, close to train station, close to the centre and Cathedral. The Room was clean with a fantastic view over the Rhine River and parrots on the trees in the evening and in the morning

the location of the hotel was great as it was so close to the christmas markets and city centre and train statio. the staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to provide us with whatever we needed

The main drawbacks were the location, a bit far from the city center, which was less convenient for quick outings, and the €20 daily parking fee, which felt high

We ate at the Italian place inside with the gorgeous bar and the staff went out of their way to make us happy, the burger was also delicious. The lobby is modern and stunning and even SMELLS good

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Cologne during a business trip and had a great experience. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing

I stayed at Radission BLU in Cologne for the second time. The room was very good, close to the exhibition hall, very convenient to go out, the bar in the lobby was also very good, with a lot of drinks

Stayed here for 10 days during Gamescom and had a fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond—keeping our room spotless, learning our team’s food and drink preferences, and even offering a special Gamescom menu which was a nice touch

We took a stroll near the hotel and discovered a highly-rated restaurant. We tried some authentic German cuisine there, and it was quite good

It felt like the water needed filtering before use, it was just… indescribable otherwise. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Other than those issues, everything else was okay

The water from the kettle and the complimentary bottled water both tasted awful. The drinking water at breakfast was fine, though. If they're going to provide free water, it should at least be drinkable

Waking up to that skyline was a real highlight of the trip. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially appreciated having both a shower and a bathtub separated, a small luxury that made a big difference

We were truly touched when the staff at the Club Lounge on the 6th floor prepared a Cologne Cathedral-shaped cookie to celebrate my wife’s birthday

Awesome stay! If you have the points, definitely choose the Club Floor. It's only 3,000 more points per night but an excellent value. We got a room facing the cathedral, etc. it was spectacular. The staff were top notch.

I book this hotel every time I come to an exhibition. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center and you can walk there. The transportation is convenient and the environment is very good

The room I booked for the exhibition is across the street from the exhibition hall, which is very convenient. The restaurant and bar inside are good value for money, and there is also a sauna

Perfectly placed hotel if you are attending the Koln Messe. Literally across the road from the East entrance. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The bar is good. About 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

Upscale luxury Hotel with view on the Köln Dom with an excellent breakfast with bubbles service monday to sunday!  The entire hotel is very professional and in discretion adjusted to all inquiries, expectable for a a Steigenberger Hotel! Great value for money. The hotel and room were very good. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

Breakfast was good but I was hoping for a bit more variety, and the omelette chef was only present for a couple mornings out of our 6 night stay but it’s understandable because we stayed around Christmas

A decent hotel with a nice location. The gym has only two treadmills, one of which was broken. WiFi was so bad, that I was unable to use it for a voice conference call

On the other side, the room was quite big, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was just great

our first room had leaking toilet and it was pretty noisy as the water wouldn’t stop flowing and they changed our room promptly

It is so small I dont know how a german can fit into the bath / shower???all the rest was good and the breakfast is very good buffet

The room was large with ample furniture (larger bed than usual, built-in suitcase stand, full desk, armchair) and the decor a palimpsest of older furniture zhuzhed up with wall coverings, a decorative vase, floor lights in addition to bedside table lamps and desk light, etc

However, the blackout curtains and well-insulated windows made for a quiet night's sleep, despite the roads and building sites outside. It was still possible to open one window to let fresh air in

There was even a kettle to make tea and coffee, and a fridge, which was much appreciated! The bed was on the soft side and the pillows rather thin and fluffy, which was not quite to my liking

Super quiet, room is pretty cozy, shower control is kinda hard to use, 15mins wall to the station.

The only problem that I had was that the original room had been smoked in, however; they immediately gave me a new room. Overall very good service and food

Great place to stay..just above the station with mere minutes to walk . Nice room and splendid breakfast offerings. Room does not provide toothbrush 🪥 so bring one . No slippers if you feel that you need.

Location is perfect for traveling on the train, the room was clean and nice. If you want any disposable items, you need to ask for them on the reception, also extra 50 euros for a deposit from credit card

I came with three kids and they had plenty of space to play in the bench corner. Right next to the reception is the children's play corner, which was good to kill time while waiting in the lobby

Hotel was good near chocolate museum Rooms are spacious. Fridge in room was not working. Sofa cum bed couldn't be converted to sofa it was broken. Overall good experience staff is super supportive and friendly

My to go place for early flight departures from Cologne airport. Has everything that you expect when staying at a Moxy. Nice rooftop terrace with bar and restaurant and view over the airport

It was the best option for us as we had a late flight to Cologne. The airport bus to town is close as well. Beautiful view from the bar and breakfast area. The terrace (probably better in spring/summer) is fantastic, too

Good location and good price for the experience

I stayed at NH Collection Köln Mediapark for two nights. Reception and the general hotel operation were good, but the room and housekeeping were unacceptable. The bathroom radiator/heater did not work

Everything was great. The location was not the best tbh but it was ok, about 10 min walk to the nearest U bahn. The amenities was a bit limited but fine.

Would recommend this hotel the rooms were nice the only downside they were warm and even with the AC on low every night was not able to cool the room down, The staff were amazing so helpful, there is not too much to do on the media park, a walk in to the center is about 20 minutes the tram is Christophstr

Booked a twin room. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here. The room itself is a bit small, and the shower is combined with the bathtub.

I didn't use the bar or restaurant as on the very first night I entered and waited at the bar for about 3 minutes but nobody arrived, they were obviously busy just didn't really go back

Had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Hotel. Service is excellent and amenities are 5 star. Bathrobes, towels, slippers, and toiletries are all excellent qualities

The hotel is clean and tidy, Best Western uniform standard

Plus Coffee machine with 4 or 5 types of coffee flavors complete with milk or creamer, and also different tea sachets, and chips all free to enjoy and replenish daily

And at the lobby they have a small kiosk with chips, chocolates, and snacks and drinks all free to enjoy. Would book again if ever I visit Cologne

The location is a bit far from the city center, which may not be ideal if you plan to explore the downtown area frequently. Check-in is only available after 3:00 PM, which felt a bit inconvenient

The environment is pretty good.

It's not very good for big groups as there is no way a bus can normally get in and out of the parking lot. The entrance needs some work in that regard

Overall it's alright, except the quilt wasn't very clean, with some hair left by the previous guest, and the quilt cover was of poor quality. Otherwise it's pretty good.
