The hotel is a bit far from Cologne Central Station. While access to tourist attractions isn't great, it's close to the subway station. Being away from the city center means it's very quiet at night. The room had almost no amenities, but I was able to borrow a kettle, plates, and forks from the front desk. The room itself was very clean.

It's the only hotel Ive been in Europe that doesn't have a kettle and even a free coffee sachet 😞

Location a little outskirt but accessible with car and public transport

The hotel is close to the train station, but quite far from city. We booked a single bed, it shows the bed size 0.8m-1.3m wide, in fact, I think it is only 0.8m, which is really small. we understand that during the busy week (Anuga and Marathon) is high price, but it's not really worth for a single bed here.

Overall it’s a safe place to stay. My understanding was that parking was included for hotel guests and it wasn't.

Hotel is located at other side of Rihn river, opposite to Cathedral and train station but is less than 20 minutes passing close to Kolm view building. Very overpriced hotel, you get average economy class hotel, but you are paying like for a lower class hotel. So it's my only pretension, location is good, hotel has a underground parking (also not cheap 19 eur for 24 hours), workers were polite, rom was cleaned every day. Will i return to this hotel again? Great value for money, and the breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide variety of drinks. They even had Easter eggs during the Easter period! The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center, about a 10-minute walk to the nearest MTR station.

We used this hotel now for 4 years each time we are going on holiday. The location is very handy. There is no need to go far away from the motorway, which is close by from exit on both ways. The hotel is always clean, and the service is good. Part of the hotel is a secure car park.

Kind staff allowed me to rehearse (singing with guitar) in a quiet isolated room, like a fitness center for musicians! Expansive lobby area. Nice breakfast. Older building (no AC in room but big window that opened wide for breeze), but bathrooms/beds/desk etc modern. I had 2 rooms x 2 days and appreciated the rest and warm atmosphere.

It was okay for sleeping. However, the breakfast selection was rather mediocre. Bus connections to Cologne city are regular and easy to reach by bus directly from the hotel.

There are so many public areas in the hotel, it's nice to sit and have a beer. Note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. During the stay just in time for the exhibition, the house price is slightly expensive.

This was a last minute booking for a trip to the Christmas markets. We booked the deluxe and looking at the other reviews I would say that it's definitely worth paying a bit extra for the deluxe. We stayed there 3 nights. The room was okay, pretty ugly with a view to the backyard but calm, we slept good, although pillows were not the best. No AC. What a beautiful small independent hotel in old town overlooking the beach and dove park. Usually stay in the big chain hotels and as it was a last minute holiday decided to book here at a very good price and so glad I did!! The view from the room is breathtaking to wake up to.
