Old old dirty hotel, nothing works - any lamps in the room, air conditioner. Bed is ok but it’s not a double bed but two small put together. We stayed there because it was very short notice and because of the Christmas season hight prices for good hotels around

The room I was given was not the one I booked, and Trip.com just kept stalling instead of resolving the issue. I had to speak with 6 different customer service reps over two days.

It wasn't just a minor difference in the room; if it were, I wouldn't have even bothered contacting customer service. I paid 3000 for three nights. The room ended up having no curtains, no hairdryer, no slippers, no light in the bathroom, and it was incredibly filthy, making it impossible to shower. The room was so basic that it was constantly drafty. Everyone, please avoid this place and try not to use Trip.com if possible, as they don't help solve problems. It really ruined my travel mood and plans.

€500 per night is not worth it for the quality of room and service. Very noisy and not very simple you can hear the toilets and showers of the neighboring rooms.

Not suitable with kids the place is gud near station and cathedral but the hotel in it is to dirty ,no aircon or electric fan,no ref.

The location of the hotel is very good. It’s a couple of minutes from the cathedral and 5 minutes to the train station. However, that’s were the good ends. The hotel itself is very old. The rooms are a good size but they lack any kind of amenities you would expect. There was an air conditioning unit in the room but no remote. When asked about it, I was told there was no conditioning and had to ask for a fan. The TV remote wouldn’t work. It was reported to the hotel but they said it works on their TV. The bathroom smelled of urine and the shower was very very slow. The WiFi was awful. You had to stand at the door just to get signal. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you spend any time in your rooms.

Location is good. However the room is small especially the single bed. Is good for those just staying for 1N. Near to attractions, restautants/cafes/, shopping area.
