The location is great, but the cleanliness of our room was a little disappointing.

the location of the hotel was great as it was so close to the christmas markets and city centre and train statio. the staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to provide us with whatever we needed. however, sometimes the cleanliness of the rooms were not as consistent, but this is not a big issue since we could call them up to rectify and they were willing to do so.

Staff were very helpful and professional. Great location in Old Town. The rooms are alright but could use more electrical outlets, there were only two. Also, the push button shower takes a good 5 minutes to warm the water. Seriously not kidding about the last part. Outside rooms have good views as well.

Good location and charming building. Checkin was slow and when I got to my room om 6nd floor the door key did not work. Down to reception again and expected quick help but had to wait more than 15 min, terrible. Elevators slow and busy, only 2 of 3 working. Room was ok but outdated. Pool was good and 27 temp. To arena, perfect to stay! Also to the city center, easily to get there by tram. Staffs are all nice and helpful.

It is on the west side of the exhibition center, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the north entrance. There is shampoo, but no conditioner. There is hand sanitizer and body lotion, but no soap. There is a kettle. The weather is super dry. The same temperature is about 10 degrees higher than that in coastal cities in China.

The room I booked for the exhibition is across the street from the exhibition hall, which is very convenient. The restaurant and bar inside are good value for money, and there is also a sauna. The only thing is that the hotel's underground parking lot is too expensive at 32 euros a day. Others are ok.

The hotel is very close to the Cologne Exhibition Hall, and it only takes a few minutes to walk there. The receptionist is very friendly. The room is clean and sanitary, and there is plenty of hot water. Disadvantages: Breakfast is a bit expensive at 28 euros; the quilt is too thin and too short (but not cold). The hotel was very well located near the stadium. The facilities were also very nice. We had a room that even had a dressing area. 

1. I booked a two-night stay and asked for an extra key card since my camera was charging in the room. However, the key card they gave me was only valid for one day, so I had to go back to the front desk to get it reactivated. Highly recommended! The room was excellent and very spacious. The bed was big enough for me and my child; since we booked for two adults and one child, they even provided an extra bed, so we had three beds in total! The location is fantastic. love pullman cologne! it’s a distance away from the train station but!! the service was great. our first room had leaking toilet and it was pretty noisy as the water wouldn’t stop flowing and they changed our room promptly. the drinks in the minibar were all free?! yes please!! the room is clean and service was great. will be back if i’m in the area.

You would expect more from a trusted international brand like Pullman and as an Accor member, unfortunately the service was truly disappointing! Chose the brand despite the location being some distance away from Hbf. It's about a 12 minute walk to the Cologne cathedral. The hotel is on the upscale side, has great amenities. A Nespresso machine w pods in the room and a few included minibar items. The Dorint hotel is in a very central location with wonderful views of the cathedral. The staff were very professional (from pre-trip communication to check-in and check-out) and super friendly. The hotel is huge and has lifts to all floors. The room was large with ample furniture (larger bed than usual, built-in suitcase stand, full desk, armchair) and the decor a palimpsest of older furniture zhuzhed...

Everything was great. The location was not the best tbh but it was ok, about 10 min walk to the nearest U bahn. The amenities was a bit limited but fine.

Probably last time i'll go to this hotel. You can park your car on site for.... 24€.... I took the car and parked on the street for 5€. Sauna only open from 17h to 22h....and you need to pay for it 9.50€... All these things were not mentioned. There is like a self checkin, which is fast but nothing personal. Check out is on a computer that works half, so a staff member needs to stay next to that computer...

The transportation is convenient overall, but if you use public transportation, you should be careful when you come back at night. You will pass a very dark park. Great hotel and location. Ideal for visiting the markets in late November. It was a shame that the sauna was only operational at certain times mid-week. Meant that it was always crowded early evening.

Unfortunately we got a somewhat old and worn out room. The shower had only cold water that day and the sink was clogged. Not a great experience. The breakfast is okay but lacks any vegetables and salads, which is strange. Sauna and gym is fine.

Not quite there...... No tea or coffee in room. No little biscuits either or bar snacks in the mini bar. Only beer and soft drinks. Nothing complimentary in the room at all. No nail file even in the bathroom. Nearly a thousand euros for 3 nights and i think hotel could do better. Other than that.... room was great.

This is a lovely hotel, situated right by the main train station. The city center is easily accessible on foot. The valet parking service was reliable and extremely convenient. Plus, there's a fantastic rooftop bar.

We visited the rooftop bar at Hotel Savoy for lunch and were already impressed by the stunning view over Cologne from the 9th-floor terrace. The gin & tonic was perfectly mixed, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We can only imagine how magical this place must be at sunset – we’ll definitely be back!

I would say if you are travelling by public transport, dont choose this hotel, far away. While the distance not close to city (40minutes to the Cologne Church), the price also did not factor in, but quite expensive. The bed size is small, room is hot. I stayed in the annex hotel not  main hotel booking and would have been a better experience as I had to cross the street  to go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Really good customer service. Sauna &pool awesome. Breakfast awesome.

The aircon was not working, when we tried to call the reception multiple times to help us fix the issue but no one pick up even though we called multiple times.
