All other is good but it a bit distance away if you want to walk to train station of the Main Cathedral

There is a storage cabinet under the bed, which can only hold a 45-liter hiking backpack. There is a bedside lamp, but no charging outlets; neither of the two USB chargers works. Lovely staff at desk, nice reception and social spaces. Clean bathrooms. They did put me and my partner together on two single beds pushed together which would normally be a lovely surprise as we booked a 4 person room, however this was still a 4 person room with a bunk bed next to our double bed, which obviously felt a bit awkward.

Internet was very bad. Might be more facilities like toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers. No elevator for 4th floor. No tea or other food services :(

Clean room comfortable bed helpful staff only issue no lift so I travelled with a friend with health condition so by end of week she was feeling it from the stairs other than that great stay. Plenty of shops supermarkets coffee shops bakery pubs couple minutes walk

The hotel was small, the bed was small, the bathroom lacked a separate shower area, leaving the floor wet after showering, and the room floor was slippery. Aside from the cheap price and proximity to the tram stop, I wasn't very satisfied, but the service was acceptable.

Exceptionally clean room with a comfortable bed 🛏️. Great location for getting around. Little bit of noise from the café on the corner but nothing to bother me. Spotless bathroom and great shower. Was expecting one of the design rooms like my booking was for a design double room. Didn't get that, nothing bad about it but it was just a standard one. Bed was rock solid and cramped into a corner but did the job. Great location. Great price. Receptionists were lovely and welcoming and felt safe.

Very basic place, small but relatively cheap. Bring your own toiletries and earplugs as it was noisy on a Saturday night outside.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I was a little concerned about hygiene, and I had a hard time opening and closing the lock because it required some skill.

The manager was very friendly, easy locatio right by the train with lots around for food/drinks. We had a fridge in the room, the rooms were very clean and honestly that was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It was the best sleep I've had my trip so far. For the cost and trying to get to the Christmas markets, this was easily walkable and good price point.

The only drawback is that it's not worth the price. Shampoo and bottled water aren't provided. There's no hairdryer. Otherwise, it's fine for an overnight stay. It's about a 15-minute walk to the main tourist attractions.

The room is nice and clean and the staffs are quite helpful. But too much noise from next door, even in the midnight. Mainly because the rooms aren't noisy-proof, and no room rules of noisy management.

It was so hot that I couldn't sleep all night.

The hotel was a new concept SMARTY hotel, simple and clean. At first, the space between rooms was like a maze, but I soon got used to it. The toiletries in the bathroom and the room were all necessary and well-organized. When Asians stay in the winter, they need to have the sense to ask for an extra blanket. The manager, who is from Ukraine, was very kind and resolved the guests' concerns well.

It's cheap, friendly staff, clean and a nice allround hotel. Only disadvantage is thr location, it's a 15 minute walke on a very uncomfortable road to the nearest bus and the industrial terrain besides the hotel isn't very nice either.

Excellent hotel if your visiting cologne for the weekend. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and modernized. For the price this was a great stay. Only downside is that it is about 7km outside of the city center but that can be a plus for some people aswell.

Well... it's good for a night or two. It was OK for the price I payed. It's clean but not up to date. The mattress is unbelievably soft. We had a stay at Zagreb for an upcoming concert. Rooms standard, coffee facility there in the room. With closed windows not much noise from the street. We just missed one or two plug sockets more and one more beside table. And the shower cabin could be more modern. Stay was pleasant. Restaurant was good. The 2 person plates are quite big. Hotel and reception have a seperate entrance. No lift but but that is not serious problem for a small family run hotel.

Good affordable hotel about a fifteen minute walk from the center of Cologne. Clean renovated rooms. With good beds. There is no elevator to that hasn't been a problem for me. Breakfast is simple but tasty. You can park near the hotel in one of the parking lots on the banks of the Rhine.

Very basic hotel. The location is great, close to everything. Shops are 2 minutes away. Breakfast included, very basic but it is better thank nothing. It was also cheaper than a hostel. The hotel is in a really nice location, everything is clean and proper and you're surrounded by food options while still being calm and cozy at night. there is no airco or fans though so if your stay is in the middle of a heatwave you will be uncomfortable.

Location is very good.its near the university so there are a lot of young people in that area. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were ok. Not the best ever, but if you consider the price-quality is acceptable. Staff was wonderful! And I met great people there!

Checked in at 3pm on Sunday, no one was on duty. Only the order number could not be used for automatic check-in, and the hotel confirmation number was required. Waited until 5pm for someone to come on duty. The room was not bad, but the fourth floor was being renovated, and the smell of the renovation was so bad that it made people faint. There were only KFC and gas station stores around.
