Imagine being charged €50 just to check out at 13:00 — that’s not even late, that’s barely past noon. Totally unreasonable and not worth the money.
I was alone, and if I would have my wife with me in the room, I would certainly go to police station.
Moreover the reaction of hotel administration was a mix of carelessness, impoliteness, and lying about what happened, and they neither apologized nor compensated me. I advise anyone not to deal with this hotel.
