Good hotel with good location. Hope that can give free parking or lower price for parking for the guest. Unfortunately we have doubled charge for city tax that we have to pay. The reception had not rechecked with our booking. I just realized when my spouse complaint that his card charged a lot for parking (3 nights 64,5€).

Nice service 24/7 pizza and a nice little self-check out supermarket with limited options of course but still good. TV is the biggest upside with chrome cast available allowing YouTube, Netflix streaming from your phone.

This was a good hotel to stay in - the only thing holding it back is the location. If you want to use public transport, you literally have to cross the autobahn to get to the tram stop (at least, that was the only route I could see).

My room was immaculate, the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. Really nice, modern setup. The bed covers could have been a bit thicker, but as I was by myself (and had 2 double beds pushed together), I was able to use two separate duvets to keep warm.

Super friendly staff. There is a mini shop at reception but the prices are crazy, you're better off going to the Aldi which is about a 15 minute walk away.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel!! Oussama really helps accommodate all requests. He is so kind and patient to ensure the best for his guests. I had his help with previous stays and he is the best!! This hotel management cares to have the best in the business for their customers. Thanks Hotel Niu Holiday Inn. And thanks Oussama!

Fine location if getting to airport late. Under 10 minutes drive. But even late at night the check-in was VERY slow. Everyone was taking 10 minutes and the staff were not rushing. The bar staff were unfriendly. Room was fine but basic which was expected. Breakfast fine. Parking fine. But the checkin was genuinely so slow I would actively avoid returning.

Very nice hotel. Simple yet easy to use and good check out time. Unfortunately it was unclear up front that the parking was €15.50 per night so please be aware of this. For those using EV charging, the rate is €0.60/kW (June 2025) and is a 22kW charger.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, it had a built-in speaker so I could play my music (honestly my favorite feature). The bathroom was clean and had its own AC, nice touch! The bar was open 24/7 and has a pizza menu, it was great for after the concert I attended, because I was hungry! Lastly, parking costs 15€ per day.

This hotel confuses me. On the one hand, it's brand new, has a really nice lobby and bar, and the room is very spacious and modern. On the other hand, the bathroom was dirty (hair everywhere, including on the towels). An iron and ironing board costs a EUR 40 deposit, cash only (?!). The internet works SOMETIMES, and there is no phone to call down to the front desk if something is the matter. Worst of all, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, but without a fan or a window that opens, it just stays soaked.
Oh, and the location -- a long walk to the tram, and definitely in the Middle of Nowhere, unless you're into the Mercedes-Benz factory.

If this is Niu then give me olde!
Check-in was chaos, very inexperienced, surly staff. Plus they are checking in for the Comfort hotel too.
Room is modern- large tv, Bluetooth speakers, nice bathroom and air con.
No wardrobe or place to put bags (except floor). Light switches are a joke. There’s no tea, coffee, kettle in the room.
Tile floor so noise from rooms above.
No evening restaurant, it’s oven Pizza at the bar only.
Bar is staffed by one person. If someone orders a pizza, they have to walk to a store room get one then come back and cook it in the oven behind the bar. Next person orders a pizza (there’s nothing else) same thing. No wonder there’s a big queue.
There is an over priced snack shop in the lobby.
Location- there is nothing nearby. Nearest restaurant is 25mins walk.
Breakfast is decent.
If you are using it for the airport, use the HIE instead.
I’m never staying in one of these again!
