A huge thank you to the entire team at voco Düsseldorf Hotel for making our stay truly wonderful! From the amazing manager Lydia, to the warm receptionists Sanja and Joy, to the bartender Jan, and the wonderful breakfast team including Juan, Mariam, and Jasmine—every single one of you went above and beyond. Even with our kids in tow, you kept us smiling and made sure we had everything we needed with such kindness. I absolutely recommend staying at voco Düsseldorf because they have such extraordinary staff, including even those whose names I might have forgotten. Thank you all for the extraordinary service

I'm shocked why the hotel is 4 stars. There's no cosmetics - no tooth kits, no cotton swabs, no shower caps, no disposable slippers, no even shoe horn and no shoe brush. No mini-bar. The hotel was recently repaired, but the enamel on the bathtub is peeling. Yes, the room is of decent size. it's clean, but this we can find also in 2-stars hotels. In 4stars hotels we want service and comfort. The staff at the reception tried to be helpful, but one lady (Japan-looking) hardly spoke English, she didn't understand the simplest phrases and I had to repeat everything twice. It's hardly 3 stars hotel, not 4.

This hotel is excellent for business trips. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, they didn't replenish the water for three days, and the blankets were two single ones, so it wasn't very warm."

I haven't stayed in such a dirty hotel for a long time. The windows were closed, but there were still many small bugs on the toilet ceiling and windowsill. The parking lot was also difficult to find. The only good thing was that the breakfast was not bad.
