Room was on the larger side with a large glass window and decent view. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast also good. The shower also deserves special mention - good pressure and one of those wide shower heads that just worked well. I'll stay there again when in Dusseldorf for sure.

Beware of breakfast included packages , the hotel was amazing , people friendly , breakfast a disaster , I would have been happy to pay for a decent start of the day ,

I’m usually a loyal Radisson Blu guest, but this stay was extremely disappointing. During my time at the hotel, a tote/paper bag with two brand-new and sealed packs of cigarettes (a gift) went missing from my room. When I reported it, the reception told me the cleaner might have thrown it away by mistake — which is unacceptable.

I sent an email with all the details and even attached the receipt, but no one ever replied or followed up. The staff didn’t seem to care or take any responsibility, and I felt completely ignored.

I expected a higher level of professionalism and care from Radisson Blu, especially regarding guests’ personal belongings. Sadly, I can’t recommend this hotel after how this situation was handled.

Disappointed with the room no milk for coffee and dust in the cupboards and the noise last night from out side kept me awake most of the night

we had a problem with the air conditioning in our room so we talked with the staff and they moved us to another room. it must of had problems or something because it will still hot in the room and the ac barely worked. it also had a terrible smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. we didn’t want to bother the staff to make us change rooms once more. they were super helpful and the room were clean and comfortable other than those problems.
