The bathroom was also a plus: the shower had good pressure and the water was warm, perfect for relaxing.
I especially appreciated how quiet everything was: zero noise, ideal for a good night's sleep. In short, a comfortable, well-maintained hotel, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.
The hotel has an excellent location ,close to the airport, downtown, and surrounded by restaurants and cafés.
A special thanks to Amal at the reception, who made my stay even better. She went above and beyond to provide everything I needed, always followed up, and gave great recommendations for places to visit and dine. Amal was extremely professional and handled any concerns with genuine care.

I had to return to Courtyard. This prompted me to update my review. Frontdesk receptionists Amal and Veronica made my stay at Courtyard a delight. Amal and Veronica made me feel like I was the only guest there. Giving me instructions on how to get to the shopping areas and even Veronica bringing me a cup of coffee during my during my 1st stay at Dusseldorf and Alma bringing me warter during my 2nd stay during check out time. The treatment of the Courtyard staff during my 1st stay helped me to make my decision to return during my trip home very easy. I will be sure to come back during my next trip and recommend this courtyard to all of my colleagues and friends. Thanks Amal and Veronica for an exceptional example of customer service. 👏
