Staff were very helpful and professional. Great location in Old Town. The rooms are alright but could use more electrical outlets, there were only two. Also, the push button shower takes a good 5 minutes to warm the water. Seriously not kidding about the last part. Outside rooms have good views as well.

Took a short break in Cologne during weekend. Marriott is a nice place to stay with five minutes walk from the central station. Easy to find on arrival and easy for your departure by catching a train to airport. Very cozy bed and clean room with minimal noise. Except the WiFi takes a bit longer to activate but that’s fine.

The hotel needs to know how great their front desk staffs are. Especially the Argentinian lady, she is amazing. She really has brilliant customer service skills and beautiful smile.
