Where to stay in North Rhine-Westphalia

Very nice hotel, modern, clean, great location. We didn't have breakfast as it was too expensive for us. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy in the hallway, a little thin-walled.

Very reccommended hotel, so cozy and they have really fresh welcome drink and croissant. The room is perfect .

Perfect if you are driving or passing by. The hotel is stylish and spacious. Service is great. Not idea for families or with kids. You do need to venture out to get into town via tram. It is not quite the Marriot experience, only because of the location. A bit out of town , local residential area. Ideal for biz travellers who want peace and chill at the bar.

Good hotel with good location. Hope that can give free parking or lower price for parking for the guest. Unfortunately we have doubled charge for city tax that we have to pay. The reception had not rechecked with our booking. I just realized when my spouse complaint that his card charged a lot for parking (3 nights 64,5€).

Nice service 24/7 pizza and a nice little self-check out supermarket with limited options of course but still good. TV is the biggest upside with chrome cast available allowing YouTube, Netflix streaming from your phone.

Very nice hotel. Simple yet easy to use and good check out time. Unfortunately it was unclear up front that the parking was €15.50 per night so please be aware of this. For those using EV charging, the rate is €0.60/kW (June 2025) and is a 22kW charger.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, it had a built-in speaker so I could play my music (honestly my favorite feature). The bathroom was clean and had its own AC, nice touch! The bar was open 24/7 and has a pizza menu, it was great for after the concert I attended, because I was hungry! Lastly, parking costs 15€ per day.

This is a very unique and interesting hotel. It offers very good food options, but staff attendance could be better.

It's okay to stay here while attending an exhibition

The best part of the stay was the desk attendants ( Olga and Constance). They did everything they could to make the stay the best it could be.  Overall the room was way overpriced for what it offered. The room was lacking many of the standard amenities that other hotels offer. Even to the point you have to request room cleaning and hope to get it. It is a great hotel to stay overnight when you have a flight to/from Düsseldorf. The hotel has a great park sleep and fly arrangement. Unfortunately upon arrival (around dinner time) the restaurant was closed so it was no longer possible to get something to eat. Forced to go to the McDonald's across the road.

We probably had the worst room in the hotel. It was right next to the restaurant which shares the location with the hotel. So on the weekend it was extremely loud. This is a good budget hotel. Try to get a room in the main building. Rooms in the annexes are smaller and need updating. Our rooms were a good size. Clean but maybe a little tired looking. The hotel was in a good area, close to the city center, very walkable. The room wasn't large but it was clean and laid out very well. Lots of well planned storage options with built-in drawers and cupboards. The parking was convenient, under the hotel, tight spaces and entry/exit if you have a larger vehicle, otherwise clean and safe. It was very quiet and comfortable stay.
