We had a wonderful stay at the Garner Hotel Elmshorn by IHG. From the moment we arrived, Cavolin welcomed us warmly and helped us with great professionalism and a big smile. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and has plenty of space, which made it perfect for our family. We truly recommend this place for families with children, and we will definitely come back again.

We stayed there for four days and it's a perfect hotel ☺️ The staff were attentive, our room was cleaned perfectly, and everything was just right. The hotel is centrally located and just a few meters from the beach, perfect for traveling with a dog. 🐶 Our dog loved it! He had his own dog bed, bowls, and treats. It is a lovely small hotel. I liked it a lot. Very clean and they welcomed me like a friend. The breakfasts were great. The only thing why I didn’t give them an excellent was, the room was cold and the heater was not working adequately. We had a few very stormy and rainy days, so some heat would have been helful!

A beautiful hotel, with excellent service. Arrived very late because several trains were cancelled. I received a very friendly welcome and was given a very nice double room, even though I had only booked a single room. The first refill of the minibar is included in the price. I arrived on a Sunday and it said on ******* that the reception would be manned until 18, but when I arrived there was a sign on the door that said that the reception was not manned on Sundays. I called the number on the sign and a very nice lady gave me information about how to get to my room. ******* should update the information on their website, otherwise it was a nice stay.

This little hotel is a gem! We booked one night for its convenient location near the train station and relatively inexpensive rate and weren’t expecting much, however we were pleasantly surprised by everything here, especially the above average breakfast offerings that were included in the nightly stay. We liked it so much that we decided to stay another night.

It's been a while, but it's still worth a good review. We've been there twice for several days, always in the family suite, and were always thrilled. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy. The sink in the bathroom is perhaps a bit small, but otherwise everything is fine. The food is really good and the breakfast is varied. There is a 3-course menu every evening (costs around €32). The hotel has a truly fantastic view over the Baltic Sea. The roof terrace is a dream! We will definitely come back!

We were there for 1 week, in the apartment room. The room is a good size. The hotel is getting a bit old but it was enough. The cleanliness should be significantly better. Highly recommended hotel The location is greit. A few 8 minutes walk to small restaurants and train station to Hamburg which is about 30 mins. Sometimes the door doesnt lock properly and you have to close the door with force. This makes a lot of noise. For parking an additional 9.90 per day is charged, as well as 50 euro for the parking card which will be refunded when the card is returned. Why cant this be added to the card for opening the room? Nice hotel, lovingly furnished. The staff is very attentive and friendly. It is worth eating here, there are delicious creations and there should be something for everyone. The only downer was, I had a stain on the bed sheet. Instead of exchanging it, the bed was put in and good. I would have expected more, too bad.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. It was friendly, clean, perfectly located, easy for families like ours with a young child, quality spa treatments (Aloe vera facial is heavenly!) and fantastic restaurant. ONLY thing missing was tea/coffee in the room but apart from that, we were really happy with everything.
