We booked at first a double normal room, and we were very happy already from the colors and the style of the room, that we extended our stay for one more day in the hotel. It is alright but I expected more. They gave us a room that was surrounded with possibilities for smokers to smoke around us. During the whole stay our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Stayed at Vitalia Seehotel for 3 nights with work. Location is nothing less than fantastic. Right on the bed of the lake... It gives a fantastic experience. Rooms are very nice and comfortable and there are a lot of great facilities. Breakfast is rather good but dinner the dinner buffet could be improved some. All in all it is highly recommended!

Overall we had a good stay. The hotel is located nicely next to the water and our room had the view of the water even though we didn't chose to. We were sorry to find out that the free parking was limited in front of the hotel and on the streets around. Of you are willing to walk a bit then you can have free parking. Really nice hotel in superb location overlooking the lake. Pool was very nice with more amazing lake views, although saunas are out of service for renovation. Location was good, very close to the beach , service personal at breakfast was very nice but the standards did not meet a 4*hotel. Spa and wellness area didn’t even offer water or tea. Breakfast was ok but expected much more. Room was big but very old and next door is a big construction area which is pretty loud and woke us up every morning.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The standard rooms are fine and very clean. The lobby bar was cozy with a nice fireplace, quite areas with nice furniture and fair bar prices. The breakfast was excellent, and the half board dinner was delicious and fair priced. The wellness area was just perfect, small but with a good variety of saunas.

The staff is very friendly albeit sometimes a bit confused and not everyone speaks English. The facilities is however very nice with big rooms, cozy spa and a very nice lobby. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and was very happy during the stay. The spot gets one star less just because I half of the hotel has a view of the parking spot. Not the worse but it’s good to know when you are booking.

The location is outstanding and only 7 mins from the beach - however you won’t feel the walk as you’re just passing by the sea and all the lovely restaurants and shops. The hotel is located in the largest building in Westerland. The hotel is very well located and easy to reach, even by train. Westerland's beach promenade is right outside the front door. The bathroom has a powerful hairdryer, and the shower water pressure is also one of the strongest I've ever experienced. The service is very good and friendly, as is the breakfast (see photo).

Nice location. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Short drive away from beautiful beaches. The room we stayed at had a balcony which was nice for smokers like my husband and I. Dog friendly. Ok breakfast which is until 11 am. Specially nice if you like sleeping in. There is free tea in the lobby as well.

Great hotel, pleasant and hard working reception staff with amazing harbour and pier views. Rooms were good size and amenities were ok. Good choices of Fish restaurants nearby and some shopping area near the pier. Recommendedbto stay more than 1 day.

Just wonderful! Great experience, only stayed for 1 night but already looking forward to coming back another time. We stayed in the large house, it was wonderful, room was great and the whole estate was wonderful. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und wir hatten sogar eine Badewanne. Das Essen, der Service, die Bar, die gesamte Anlage sowie die Lage war fantastisch. Wir können einen Aufenthalt im Gut Immenhof nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne bald wieder.

Check in was easy, easy access to rooms by elevator (though it could become crowded), nice room, nice facilities. Breakfast was fine, not a big selection, but it was fine. Location is superior! With very easy access to the main shopping area, lots or restaurant options, very close to several bus routes, and we had a nice view down to the public bath/water fountain.

The great thing about this hotel is its location, of course. Smack middle of the city, close to the ships and right next to the casino. Couldn't be better. Rooms are quite nice too with AC. What I didn't like was the reception. Checking in took ages and the service was overall quite slow. Garage is super tiny, so beware of that. I would still return, however, as the upsides outweigh the downsides.

Although the hotel is in a renovation phase, everything is still very nice and cozy. The rooms are not ready yet, but the breakfast rooms are beautiful and there is a super delicious breakfast with a very nice team that is always friendly and courteous. Spent 3 nights during a North Sea trip. Loved the quiet location and the organic breakfast! You can tell they care about sustainability... This gem is a really calm and perfect place to stay in. So CLEAN and great a SPA. The restaurant serves delicious food and with great personal service.
