Had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms and property are well maintained. Great overall experience. My only inconvenience is that as a taller and larger individual, the shower stalls are a bit tight. But the water was nice and hot, and the towel heaters were excellent. The accomodation was very clean and situated in a peacefull environment. There were enough parking spots and within a short car drive there were shops (in nearby town) and other places to visit. Employees were very friendly. We stayed for one night but definitely would recommend this place.

Arrived early evening and room cards waiting at the door. No staff on at night. Room very clean and comfortable beds. Staff more than helpful and efficient. Had a small booking problem (my fault) and it was cleared up in seconds. Must be a great place to stay in the Summer. Breakfast very good and reasonably priced.

All was good and very helpful.

No parking or electric charging. The receptionist says they have a partnership with Q-Park and it costs €14.50 per night. Further down at a B&B hotel, both parking and charging for electric cars are available for only €10 per night, as well as free breakfast.

My father liked the room ! It is near the main station by foot, there is a lot to do around it. Not much noises and confortable.

Great location to the ferris. Big room, with plenty of space. Balcony. Parkering garage. Breakfast was ok. Short walk to city center. Negative is that we had a room out to the railway and bridge, alot of noise. And since there where no fan or aircondition, the only way to get air was to open window or door towards the bridge and railway. Luckily it was not to hot that night.

The receptionist was very welcoming and sweet although we were late to check-in. The room was spacious, but we had a few roomies - spiders. But there were train tracks right outside our window. It did not bother very much during the night, but the evening was pretty loud.

Good room and breakfast, pore parkering. The room had two beds that made a kings size bed. There were also two extra beds perfect for children. The hotel is close to the railroad station that may affect your sleep. We needed to park on the street, it is free from 22.00 to 10.00.

The room Was left very well and cleaned up from the work force. The location Was also good. We had a great view

Fantastic modern hotel - a must to stay here! Absolutely wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms, with gorgeous bed linen, exceptionally clean, fantastic new facilities. Room had everything, small kitchen, huge bathroom. Perfect. Breakfast was really lovely lots of options. Staff helpful. Quiet location. Would highly recommend. Perfect for dogs.

Great location clean and easy parking

Automated check-in possible. Quite convenient. Refridgerator, but no mini-bar in the room. Snacks can be bought on a truster basis near the reception. Mostly quiet hotel with spaceous rooms. The cleaning personnel comes around 11h and is quite noisy. Free parking with no additional costs. All in all a recommendation for a trip to Hamburg or Schleswig Holstein.

Easy access to Hamburg Airport We used the hotel for an overnight stay for an early morning flight from Hamburg. Check-in was easy after hours when their front desk is not manned. The hotel was very clean, the location great and the access to the airport the next morning was 5 minutes. Several good restaurants are nearby. Would use again and recommend!

The setting surrounded by the horse stables was wonderful. Place was clean, spacious and nice. Automated check-in was a bit surprising but worked well...I wonder how it would work if one had a problem?

yes, dtaff was vwey friendly. but the stairs was not good. they should invest in an elevator.

Liked this hotel. Old-fashioned, small, personable. Good location but quite noisy. Missed tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge.

Simple clean rooms. Mine was a real double-sized bed (as opposed to two twins that are often pushed together) and came with a water. The breakfast for 13 euros is good for the price and service at the front desk was friendly. I am happy they provided real hangers in the rooms. I would have preferred more than one bath towel and one hand towel in the room. Location is perfect and one can always pop...

Breakfast was good, but simplier than found in many hotels. But I'm tired of english breastfast anyway, so I was happy. Staff was friendly, check in&out easy, and most inportant of all: It was very clean! Hotel in general, and espesially the room. Will visit next time in Kiel.

A OK hotel. The rooms are pretty big but everything is old fashioned. The wifi in the top floor is not working at all.

Friendly staff, very clean and tidy place. Away from the city but not too far.

Cozy little spot with friendly staff and within striking distance from the city center. Breakfast starts early, which is a big plus (6am), and the variety is sufficient... being that they were able to supply gluten-free bread every morning. The rooms are not the newest, and the TV is barely larger than my smartphone. However, it's got a gym (I have not seen it for myself).

This is a great place to spend the night. It seems like a time pocket from the 80'es, but still it allowed for a flat screen TV and LED to come in. You can hear other guests in neighbouring rooms, so bring earplugs if that bothers you.

A little disappointing Clean, quiet, unfortunately closed restaurant which was not informed when booking. Defective TV signal. Service ok. Sparse breakfast, apparently because we arrived before 1.4, this despite the hotel being almost sold out. A little disappointing, the price is the same.

Absolutely loved this hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was great, the restaurant was great the food was great and the staff so very friendly and helpful. To top it off we enjoyed live music from A.C. HIM.

Here we have a.very nice week spent. A wonderful room very romantically decorated,the Restaurant is very nice, slightly rustic, refined ambiance. The staff is nice and courteous,articulated boom eat in the Restaurant , the only drawback is the always same buffet Breakfast a little more variety would be recommended.happy again

Recomended Really nice hotel, can be recommended. Especially liked the balcony and the garden. However, i missed a clock in the room, as well as a kettle so you can make yourself a cup of coffee. But can definitely be recommended.

This hotel was charming just like the town! We had beautiful rooms. Ours looked out to the square. The service was also great. We were able to buy a bottle of wine to share and took it over to a bench near the river on a beautiful afternoon. The location in the town was also very nice, breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was fantastic. We ate at the hotel because nothing else was open for dinner...

Very nice hotel and restaurant We had a juniour suite which was very nice. Properly the best place to stay and eat in the town, only problem for older people could be that there is no elevator. Restaurant and menu card great for any taste.

Our car broke down on the way to Denmark. We end up for a night in this hotel. I must say that the employees here are wonderful. Very helpful and hard working. They helped us to find the Servise and let us use the room even after checking out. Recommended !

We checked in really late (around 22:30) and the door was closed. One quick call and someone was on the way to open the door. Check-in was super easy and my room was very clean. Wifi worked great in my room. We stayed for 1 night, just to have a place to sleep during our roadtrip.

We had a nice stay. The service was very friendly and helpful, and the Bing Bing Bap was delicious. Rooms were clean, and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. The spa and swimming pool were really good. The highlight for us was the kids’ playroom with someone there to look after the children—such a thoughtful touch!

This top notch resort located right on the beach is very high quality. The service is exceptional and very friendly and inviting. Plenty of free parking around. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Dogs welcome to stay in the hotel and given a special bed and food dishes. Restaurant and bar on site. The price is justifiable given the type of hotel. Recommend staying here again.

The room is tiny, what they call beach is about 10 minutes walk but probably 25 minutes to reach water. There is no elevator. The breakfast is very good. The room is good overall clean

Fin strand by Rolig liten plass med godt utvalg. Hotellet skulle ligge på stranden, men ligger en gå tur unna. Koselig hotell og betjening i flott beliggenhet til sentrum med pent innredet rom.

We slept in the main building. My kids loved it - this is close to an ideal hotel for the Northsea. Only little remark on the parking - you need to be creative.

Family Friendly, in fact designed for Familys with every consideration put to the forefront of the concept, I was amazed at how brilliant the Hotel has focused on looking after the needs of families. I have never seen anywhere so great. And because it was so cleverly thought out, the kids there all behave impeccably.

We were not guests at the hotel, but went on an exclusive sailing trip with Olaf. It was an absolutely unique, wonderful experience! Just our group with the experienced skipper Olaf, who was incredibly relaxed and friendly. We felt completely safe and looked after. A really great experience! Great hotel, great concept, child and family friendliness is a top priority. Dogs are also allowed. The atmosphere was calm, pleasant and personal at all times. The food was excellent.

When we booked, we assumed that it was a family hotel, as the name suggests. The proximity to the neighboring clinic was a key factor for us. After arriving, we were pleasantly surprised by the genuine friendliness and very pronounced customer orientation of the entire staff. We booked at first a double normal room, and we were very happy already from the colors and the style of the room, that we extended our stay for one more day in the hotel. The hotel was really clean from the bathrooms to the restaurant. Literally everywhere. It is alright but I expected more. They gave us a room that was surrounded with possibilities for smokers to smoke around us. During the whole stay our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The have a Smoking area right next to our room outside, the other rooms were also smoking during their stay in their personal area. I just expected more thoughtful design or room allocation. The food in the restaurant...
