Reception lady is so nice , friendly and very helpful. Location is great , just overall beautiful place to stay at. Sadly the wifi stopped working on the second day, I asked and they said they were having problems. So 2 days we did not have Internet.

We were four guys looking to spend a night in Lübeck and found this hotel with very affordable rooms. Perfect location in the central parts. Friendly staff and free public parking 5 minutes away. Like every year, we spent a little break at the DünenNest in October. We loved the very friendly and welcoming nature of the hosts, the super clean rooms, and the extensive and delicious breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel is very quiet, but all parts of the town are easily accessible on foot or by free bus (included in the tourist tax). Our conclusion: See you next year 😉

We spent a week at DünenNest and felt completely at home. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and lovingly prepared. The beds and pillows were heavenly. We had a good stay at the hotel, very happy with the place. The only real downside we experienced was the automatic check in - didn't work when we arrived. All we had to do was go to the hotel reception 50m and then we got checked in. The location itself isn't amazing, but it's walking distance from the Altstadt and parking in the garage was easy - and included charging for our EV.

Check in is supposed to be at a computer, but the supplier of this service is facing technical issues. Therefore, we were pleased that the very friendly staff at the Vier Jahreszeiten hotel was able to assist, also with replacing a broken shower. Despite these minor issues, a very comfortable stay to a reasonable price.

We ate a Lovely dinner at the hotel the night we arrived, I recommend the rump steak.
