Santorini View in Akrotiri

My wife and I just stayed 3 nights at Santorini View. We were blown away by the friendlness of the staff and the service was top notch. We had rented a quad ATV so the location not being in the heavy tourist area was actualy a plus. And bus stop was only a few hundred meters for hotel.

There was no restaurateur pr bar so if that is your scean this may be a small concern. But overall we highly recondmend it.

I absolutely loved this hotel! I stayed here with my son and daughter, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location was amazing, overlooking the sea with breathtaking views of the caldera, as well as exquisite sunrises and sunsets each day. The manager, Nico, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our time in Santorini special. The beauty of the hotel, combined with the exceptional hospitality, made this a place we will always remember. When I return to Santorini, this is definitely where I will stay again!

I don't usually write hotel reviews but this time I am having the absolute pleasure of sharing it about Santorini View hotel.
We travel a lot around the world, so it takes a lot to impress us but there is definitely something special about this hotel!
10/10 the atmosphere was so relaxing and the views were absolutely unforgettable, the rooms were amazing and spotless. The location is so quiet and cozy. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond for everything.

A special thank you goes to Martha at the reception who went above and beyond to help us hire a buggy. Such a lovely lady. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back

Spent 1 week here with my wife, had a fantastic time, the views from this hotel are jaw dropping. The design of the building, the white against the blue sky and the backdrop of the Aegean see below is totally awesome. Great place to chill out (throw away your watches you don't need them) and relax, the pool was lovely for a dip to cool off and never busy and there is plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sunshine. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice. The three managers at reception where all so friendly and very helpful, 10 out of 10 for all the staff. The village of Akrotiri is about a 10 min walk from the hotel along a sometimes busy road, but the walk is worth it as there are a few lovely restaurants, Akrothiri (our favourite) Porto Bello and Paridise Restaurant, I would highly recommend them all for delicious food. If you want to venture further around the island there is a bus stop not to far from the hotel that takes you to Fira . A timetable can be requested at reception. Fantastic chillin 7 days, thanks to all the staff for your hospitality.

The location is not so close to the downtown area, but the view was amazing. The interior is also very cute, and the white walls and open-ceiling loft are very comfortable. I would love to stay here for several nights to my heart's content.

We first visited this hotel last year and loved it so much that we came back again this year. We like our holiday to be completely relaxed, and this is what we got staying here. Marta, the hotel manager is absolutely brilliant. She was able to advise us on places to go that suited us and we even got a room upgrade when we arrived. We had room number five and the views were breathtaking. We honestly could not have wished for more. Breakfast was good, with something for everyone. The lovely lady that helps out in the mornings, I think she said her name was. Fofo, was so welcoming. The hotel is kept beautifully clean and the daily cleaners were great. The pool area is really nice and relaxed. There is a bar which is quite limited but the village, which has a couple of shops and a handful of restaurants is only 5-10 minute walk away. The Santorini view hotel is definitely one of my favourite escapes and I definitely want to go back!

We stayed the the Santorini View Hotel in June and I've gotta say it's a fantastic place! The staff were wonderful!
There was always someone on the front desk to help with everything from booking a hire car to recommending places to go, they even arranged a lift for us to a local Restaurant.
The breakfast staff were lovely, they welcomed us every morning and there was more than enough choice to set us up for the day.
The views from the Hotel were stunning and we could see right across the Caldera from the Pool area.

The rooms had everything we needed, the beds were very comfy, and the A/C was ice cold.
I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for one week room 3 and wow what a lovely room , views to die for. Room very clean and modern , a bit on the small side but workable. Cleaners were in every day , lovely girls very courteous and polite. On arriving we were greeted by Christina , so lovely and helpful. Even carried my friends suitcase down the steps , just lovely. Martha is also very sweet and helpful but ladies helped us choose the best experiences. The breakfast was very plentiful again staff lovely , the lady who comes every morning to kiss and hug you 🥰🥰 didn’t get your name but keep up the Greek tradition. If I had to say anything negative it would be the lack of bars facilities on the doorstep. Yes there are bars and shops approx 15 / 20 min walk away but for varying reasons this wasn’t easily accessible for us.

Santorini View Hotel is an absolute gem! Tucked away in a peaceful spot, it offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the caldera – far quieter and more relaxing than busy Fira or Oia.

The hotel is small, charming, and beautifully kept, but what truly makes it special is the incredible staff. Warm, welcoming, and attentive, they go out of their way to make you feel completely at home. Hotel manager, Marta, is amazing.

Breakfast is a real highlight – generous, and made even better by the lovely lady who greets you with a hug each morning, setting you for a perfect day.

Everything about my stay was flawless. If you want peace, views, and heartfelt hospitality – this is the place.

We have just returned from our stay at Santorini View and wish we were still there.
The staff we're all so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.
The facilities we're brilliant our room was cleaned and replenished daily, the staff would work around us and not trouble us until we'd left the room.
The breakfast had everything you could need, from freshley cooked eggs to fresh fruit and everything inbetween (cereals, pastry's, toast, hot and cold drinks and probably some things I'm forgetting).
The pool area was as you would expect from any decent hotel. We had a room with a jacuzzi but we found it a great place to lounge by the pool with a book and take in the views!

The hotel for us was perfectly situated, it was in a quieter part of the island but close enough to anything we needed. The "capital" was a short bus ride away only costing 2 euros each way to travel to. There are other options either using taxis or hiring a car/scooter/quadbike. Which we did hire for a day (with the help of the reception staff), but generally the bus (air conditioned coach) was the easiest option.

Going into a bit more detail....

The room was perfect for us, we had a comfortable bed, shower, air conditioning and a free to use safe (unusual for alot of hotels!!).

The shower could be a little temperamental when changing from the smaller handheld to the overhead but a small negative in an overall amazing experience.

The WiFi was exceptional and didn't give us any issues which we found a great addition to the stay.

We were fortunate enough to have a room with a jacuzzi which was such an added bonus! When we first went to use it we were concerned about it looking dirty at the bottom which we explained to the receptionist and they sent someone straight up to clean - however it wasn't actually dirty but just sand/dust from the island that settles in the bottom. This would be cleaned daily and return daily but when you overcome the fact that its just sand you forget about it!

All in all an unbelievable location and I honestly couldn't recommend it more highly to anyone.

Most importantly were the views from every part of the hotel. Unbelievable. These alone would make me stay again!
