Me and my partner stayed at this beautiful hotel in November 2025 for a month as soon as our driver picked us up from the airport he was full of fantastic stories about Cambodia from the moment we pulled up at our hotel Patrick was there to greet us big smile and welcoming attitude we were shown to our beautiful room and all I can say is wow mike and his lovely wife are such beautiful people everyone who works at this hotel are so lovely and helpful they can't do enough for you the pool is gorgeous the breakfast is beautiful we had such a lovely relaxing time can't wait to go back Thanku to mike his lovely wife and everyone who works at this beautiful hotel ❤️ love lisa xx

Stayed here for October week with the family. Lovely wee place. Owners are nice and very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble for them. We stayed in the annex rooms at the rear which were a good size. Short walk to the main ***** for restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean and maid service was spot on. Plenty wild life around, cats and chickens walking around the grounds which was funny to see. All in a great wee place and will return.

Last minute, decision to have a short break, half the price of the same four nights in Cornwall and temperture of mid 20's,no brainer!!! Having stayed here a couple of years ago, I knew that Nikos 2, though being fairly basic,are clean and provide a friendly environment to relax in. The welcome from Michael and George is extremely hospitable.Situated on the main road into Kardamena, it's a short stroll in 5 mins to the resort outskirts, under 15 mins to the centre. When I stayed before, I had a Studio, this time it was a small Apartment but the room was more than ample, I slept well(light sleepers may hear some traffic noise and the boisterous cockerel)not a problem for me.The kitchen area was just a sink, plug-in cooking rings, kettle but was enough to get by, personally I don't use these facilities. My only moan would be that the bathroom was tiny, I'm not so it was a bit of a squeeze.There was plenty of hot water from the solar powered water system, could be tepid early on or later in the day.Maids serviced eveyday, towels changed once a week.There are charges for the air-conditioning,55 euros and safety deposit box,10 euros per week. The pool area is kept clean and has sufficient sunbeds with a bar providing snacks and drinks,all at prices in line with the area. All in all I enjoyed a totally relaxing autumn break and with the excellent hosts, always happy to assist and accommodate their customers, I'm sure I'll return in 2026.

we were staying at harriett's hotel 10/15 minutes walk away. But my daughter and grandkids arrived at nikos 2 studios a day later. so we went to their pool to wait for their arrival. We had around 3 hours at their pool before they arrived. the owner was very friendly and helpful kept us updated on their arrival. we had a breakfast there which was really great and filling. the pool area was really great lots of space all the sunbeds were well spaced out. great place. we spent quite a lot of days at their pool. when we were not at the beach or on day trips. Great place.

Lovely place to stay Michael greeted us and took our suitcases for us he is lovely and friendly and as we arrived late he ordered us a take away and let us pay next day. Apartment very clean beds very comfortable George, Michael and there mum coco are a fantastic family Large swimming pool always very clean and food especially breakfast was lovely. Only downside our apartment was near the road and it was very noisy and the amount of people who slammed doors was unreal especially early hours of the morning.

Great place to stay , basic rooms but very clean self catering hotel , friendly and hosts George and Michael and their mum Koco are lovely and look after all their guests , go as customers leave as friends, Nikos 2 has an excellent swimming pool , plenty of loungers , most tastes catered for at the bar and food is available during the day.

Beautiful setting. Lovely food and drink. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The snack bar and pool were never too busy, and the food and drink were reasonably priced. Not far from shops, beach, restaurants and port. Fabulous holiday. Thanks to all the lovely staff for an amazing holiday for myself, my friend, and our teenage boys 😍

Just back from a wonderful week at Nikos 2 apartments. We had room 22 which was a family room (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby) PROS - 2 balcony’s, shower was perfect, very spacious, cleaned daily, comfortable beds and pillows, kettle/toaster/fridge/hair dryer supplied View from our balcony was the garden and there are the most beautiful chickens roaming around the gardens. Was lovely to see. CONS - self catering could be a struggle as not a lot of cooking utensils and only a 2 hob stove which didn’t really work very well. Location wise it’s 5 minutes walk to the beach and the start of the roads of shops and restaurants. It is dark in the evening walking back but we all felt safe. Pool and pool bar are kept spotless, food was delicious and reasonably priced. Drinks however are slightly on the higher side. The owners George and Michael and his mum are super hosts that make you feel comfortable and will do everything they can to make your holiday perfect. We would definitely return in the future

Love these apartments , perfect location , easy walk into the village with lots of beachside bars and restaurants. Apartments are clean and cool, pool is outstanding , George and family really Look after you , food is all home cooked and reasonably priced . We ve been going to kardamena for 9 years and no matter where we stay we always visit George for a day at the pool . Yammas George
