The short distance from the hustle and bustle of the city, especially with its quick access to the highway that can take you anywhere, from Kavala to the east, to downtown, to all the way to Athens and beyond

Old and under-maintained, but the personnel is kind and ready to serve your every need. Also, the pool isn't bad at all. :)

Seriously, if I did not have to return back home to the United States (where I have my family) I would have stayed at The Philippion Hotel in Thessaloniki forever

Unfortunately, the pool is practically always closed

We visited the pool on a very hot day and we had a very pleasant experience. The staff welcomed us on arrival, took our order and showed us a place to sit

Hot water! Lots of hot water (some hotels skim you on this). Excellent cuisine, open all day long

The staff were also very involved and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed, making my stay even more enjoyable

The service here was lovely from everyone we met. We had an executive triple room which was ok but quite small

The tourist sites of Thessaloniki are easily accessible on foot or by public transportation. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The room had a balcony, and it was a nice way to spend an evening

The area around is safe, and you can walk around at night

She even admitted she didn’t hear anyone inside but opened the door anyway -TWICE. That’s a major violation of privacy. I’m just thankful it was a woman and not a man—but honestly, that shouldn't even be a thought

This is completely inappropriate—such things should be handled by phone or during checkout, not by opening a guest’s door without permission, especially when they could be sleeping (which I was), showering, etc

Amazing hotel in the center Perfect position with parking at 2 minute. Close tò the Sea view and all the local. Service and breakfast very nice.

Breakfast is available but it's only served in your room! Decide early if you want it and plan accordingly.

Had a decent experience, and it has big mirrors facing the bed in the bedroom, if that's your thing.

Modern designed hotel with great breakfast selection. I have stayed here on several different occasions and the staff has always gone above & beyond! Highly recommend, can’t say enough good things about them!

Only issue (for me) was the lights left on all night on the balcony which made it difficult to make the room completely dark, in spite of the thick curtains

Fantastic stay at the Park Hotel! Location was perfect - so close to walk to everything. Loved my room with a balcony overlooking the ruins next door & all the way down to the harbour

The location is great with a panaromic view of Thessaloniki. The rooms are equipped with a bathtub for those that prefer taking baths. There is also a gym/fitness center that offers classes

Top view, easy access, nice and polite stuff, good breakfast. The complete mark is not 5 cause hotel is old so furniture and walls are ready for renovation.

However, the hotel has not upgraded it's facilities in some time (probably dues to the economic crisis). The quality of the mattress in each room varies

Colors is a chain hotel with 3 different buildings. I stayed at rooms & apartments which makes you feel that you are in your home. First of all my room had a huge space with a nice livingroom, and kitchen

Also colors hotel has a very colorful and energitic interior design which i liked a lot! Most importantly everyone in the hotel (from the owner to the recepcionist) is very friendly and helpful

Hotel is in the middle of old city center and it is easy to walk to the historical and touristic places. Also many nice restaurants and bars are located around the hotel

Overall, this breakfast is far beyond expectations flavorful, complete, beautifully presented, and served with genuine warmth. A truly delightful experience, and absolutely worth recommending!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Telioni Hotel, Thessaloniki I stayed at Telioni Hotel from October 6th to 12th, 2025, and had an excellent experience from start to finish

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of fresh options to choose from each morning — a perfect start to the day! The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to the city center, restaurants, and main attractions, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep

The Breakfast staff were very attentive and when they found out we were vegetarian they were providing a few extra items and ensuring we were aware of them

The breakfast buffet here is absolutely outstanding! Every station is thoughtfully prepared, offering a wide range of dishes that look inviting and taste even better

I was 3 nights in this hotel and everything was good. Room was warm and clean. Reception staff was very kind. I would definitely stay there again.

Not only is there no service personnel, we had to climb on a chair to get an electric kettle from some cabinet, go to the kitchen to pour water from the tap and boil water for all the foreign tourists

Convenient location. Hotel is diagonally opposite the railway station, if arriving late (ie 11pm from Athens) or catching a bus onward nearby. Has 24h convenience stores nearby.

Very nice people, cozy cafe, great breakfast and a very comfortable bed. The location is perfect for a stroll around town.

it s AMAZING!! the atmosphere, the brunch choices, the service, everything! it s good if you want a bite, good if you want to study with friends or alone ( there s specific studying room downstairs which is more quiet ) and great if you want to hang out! right in the centre, 2 min from Venizelou metro stop and in a beautiful quaint street

Excellent hotel, already visited before. It's not very spacious, and perhaps that's why you feel at home. Very friendly and efficient staff. Spacious rooms with 1950s decor—I don't know why, Andy Warhol comes to mind

This hotel is a gem! well located, silence rooms, excellent breakfast and bruch. The atmosphere of the Cafe invites you to stay there for hours. The staff is attentive and makes you feel comfortable at all times

The hotel is located on Egnatia Street, there are bus stops 1 min away that can take you everywhere (including the airport, bus 01X), and it is also above the Valaoritou area (literally seconds away) where most of the cool bars & clubs of the city are located nowadays

Great place for just little price. I went for some work and it was an ideal to sleep and rest

There was no hair dryer in the rooms, but there were shampoos, soaps and towels. They marked it as they have a parking area but they don't, it's just one parking space with signs on it and they don't let you park there

The staff helped me very well, and everything in the room worked perfectly. The staff is very helpful and can offer solutions to any problems with the overnight stay. Very clean. I highly recommend it.

Walking distance to pretty much everywhere. We stayed in a room with 4 beds and a private bathroom for 60 euros in August, but most rooms seem to have no private bathroom

It’s smack dab in the middle of down town, walking distance from shops, water front, the large agora, and many other places. The room was a nice size, very clean and bright, not dingy

Great location, in the heart of Thessaloniki. We were given a room opposite Alexandria hotel. Our room was always clean and very spacious like a small apartment

He but only knows everything and every place in Thessaloniki but is probably the wisest man in Greece as well. Thank for the quick room change/split and your superb intuition

The only drawback was that building is very old and a bit creepy at night, even the lift, very old and small, in fact we preferred using the stairs

We stayed in this hotel, close to Aristotelis Square, the room was large family, affordable prices, all the furniture was new, excellent help and services from the reception, parking near the hotel. I highly recommend!

We stayed at the second building of the hotel. The room is new and clean. There is a mini kitchen there, perfect bathroom. Room is fresh. Air conditioner is working perfect

Dear All, we were in your otel during 24-25/04/2023. he hotel is in the midddle of the city. We have forgatten our teddybear and ana mini banket from our kid. Our child cant sleep without her teddybear and blanket

Lots of restaurants and bus stops to Makedonia airport and Makedonia central bus terminal. I recommend this hotel if you don’t want to spend too Much money

Keep in mind, that in order to pull your car to the check in though, you would have to make a prohibited turn from the main street. But, apparently, it is something normal and expected for the check-in purposes

We stayed 3 nights at this wonderful little hotel and it felt very luxurious. I was extra happy finding a bath in the bathroom 😄 Staff were attentive, breakfasts were good, I'm very very pleased with out experience.

I was really pleased with the Room (4-1) as it was on the top level and very BIG for two people. Location is excellence as café’s and shopping is right out in front
