This is the perfect hotel for a family getaway in the city, beautiful lobby, and every employee is very friendly and helpful.
Our room was one of the large suites with two double beds and a spacious bathroom. The furnishings were appealing, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was very spacious, and the room also had a huge closet, which was very helpful for a family of four. There was also a small seating area out with a couch, which was nice to relax after a hot day, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The rooftop pool was my family‘s favorite feature! We spent so much time there, and we enjoyed the prompt and friendly service. The food offered was absolutely delicious! We also visited the rooftop pool at nighttime when it turned into a rooftop bar, it was a really great place to chill, relax, and enjoy the stunning nighttime city views! It really helped me to take everything in from the beautiful city!!
We did not use all the amenities, however, I hope to visit here again to explore more of the hotel! Our family loves Capsis!

Service is good, just that their lift is a bit wonky. Expect to wait for quite a long while for the lift, until the service staff comes to override it. Otherwise it is okay.

The hotel itself is wonderful but we celebrated New year's Eve in it and we were disappointed - there were two halls. The 1st one was luxurious, with a good band and sounding, while ours looked like a canteen, the music was awful, the singer was bad and the food - delicious but not enough for 600+ people. Fortunately, we moved to the other hall after midnight so things we're better at the end of the night.

I have been to this hotel for work a few times and it's a good choice for a short stay in the city. Business rooms are big and tidy, refreshments are good, buffet with many food choices including vegan options. Recommended

The hotel is comfortable and well run, although the rooms are slightly dated and would benefit from some modernisation. That said, everything was clean and functional, and it did not detract significantly from our stay.
Breakfast was good, with a solid selection and good quality. Parking was plentiful and easy to access, which was a major advantage for us. EV drivers are well catered for, with multiple 22 kW chargers available, making charging convenient and efficient.
The location is another strong point, with plenty of nearby amenities and easy access to the city, which made getting around straightforward.
Overall, a good and practical hotel choice in Thessaloniki, particularly for those travelling by car or EV, with strong parking and charging facilities and a convenient location.

Rooms are terribly outdated. Breakfast buffet is good, lots pf variety but this hotel hosts university students who did not have great etiquette at a buffet. Eating while getting food, loud and unruly behaviour, large tour groups also stay here.

My floor of rooms are outdated aged, wifi is bad. Breakfast/restaurant is good, staff is good. Hallway is so burning hot.

The hotel is in a good location near several sights in Thessaloniki city. The room was decently sized, and cleaning services satisfactory. We didn’t always get a new toilet roll, but luckily we never ran out. Walls are thin and we had some very noisy neighbours for some of the nights, which kept us up. The pool in the roof top is great and the bar serves everything you might need, we also used the gym which is limited but gets the job done, and the spa, which was wonderful.

The reception was very helpful. Paid parking is available (though street parking seems free). The location is a bit far from the beach (about a 20-minute walk). Breakfast options were plentiful! The outdoor pool was a big plus, but the downside was the limited opening hours (11am-7pm).
