Where to stay with pets in Thessaloniki

I would like to give a big praise to the reception of the hotel top service of the lady of the reception Mrs Artemis. As I am travelling almost the whole world I have to say that I rarely see something like this

Can't recommend this enough!!! Excellent service, everything is squeaky clean and well organized. The rooms always get cleaned on time and the staff is lovely!! Also, I have to mention the food is THE best

There's a huge variety of food available and some traditional sweets that perfectly represent the Greek culture! Location is great, it's a nice neighborhood and it's only a 10-15 min walk from the centre

Location is not in the waterfront bit near to the pier, rooms are great good view, and next to Bus and metro station that will take you to the airport or to the attractions places , grocery stores around and one big mall on the opposite side walking 10 minutes distance

The location was good as it is located near a train station and the city center, but in terms of cleanliness, it was average along with its service. It was rather limited in bed covers and other amenities

until you realize it is literally right next to the train- and bus station :-D which gives you HUGE opportunities in terms of exploring the city and neighbouring areas (pro tip: take the bus line 23 - you thank me later :-) Also: there is a cute, small church right across the street, café/ shop and an atm - everything like 20 meters from the hotel

A wonderful hotel, situated in the center of Saloniki. The breakfast was really tasty and fresh. Wonderful coffee as well. Rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was really comfy. Would definitely go here again.

Thanks to housekeeping for doing such a great job. And especially everyone at reception for being so friendly and helping me. And the breakfast buffet is splendid❤️❤️❤️

Hotel is nice and in the good location, reseptionist was not friendly, there is parking lot at the front of the hotel for check in and check out processing only, then you must park your car somewhere else

Great Location This hotel was very well located in Thessaloniki and very close to the water front. The room was relatively basic but clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here!

Breakfast is available but it's only served in your room! Decide early if you want it and plan accordingly.

Fantastic stay at the Park Hotel! Location was perfect - so close to walk to everything. Loved my room with a balcony overlooking the ruins next door & all the way down to the harbour

First of all, I would like to praise the friendly and responsive staff, from the first message I sent through booking to the last moment of the stay, they were always there for the guests with a smile

Only issue (for me) was the lights left on all night on the balcony which made it difficult to make the room completely dark, in spite of the thick curtains

Visited in July with my best friend. Small rooms but the coziness to me is more important. Location is near perfect for city visits. Room service was efficient and nice!

Located in the city center, a 5-minute walk from the beach, the rooms are quite large, the staff speaks good English and are very friendly, and there are many restaurants nearby downstairs, but the towels are rather old and yellow, and the breakfast selection is limited

The customer service in the hotel was amazing .building location is so central that you are literally walking distance from every tourist attraction. Lovely room .I would differently recommend .

My husband and I loved the convenience of its location. Where you can go for a morning walk, exercise, most restaurants, cafe's are all around. It's on the main shopping street

In the main square you can find always busses for all the main attraction of the city The room was very nice, clean and without any noice even if was standing on the main road. The personnel was very nice and helpful

The only downside of the gym is that the air was very humid due to the spa, they should place an air conditioner in it. Our superior room was very spacious, bright and clean

The hotel is located in the city center, it is well maintained, the staff is very attentive. It's not a pretentious location, it's quiet and has a retro vibe.

We booked a single room with a double bed for the duration of our stay Friday through Saturday. I dont get some of the negative reviews that almost put us off from booking here

Nice location. Rooms are a nice size. Beds are not very comfortable making for poor sleep. The bathroom layout also leads to water getting everywhere from showering. Great breakfast provided.

Good location, you can almost walk to anywhere you want. Good restaurants are close by. Very friendly staffs. The building is a bit old, but the room is quite clean.

The breakfast had a good selection and some things varied each day, there was among other things cereals, fruit, eggs, bacon sausages, cold meats, breads and pastries, along with teas and coffees, there should be something to suit everyone

The hotel is close to Egnatia street, not far from train station Thessaloniki. You can walk to the seafront street and main sea-views. All receptionists are very professional, well speaking English and helpful

City Gate Hotel was an unexpected jewel! We chose it for its proximity to the airport, but it's like an oasis where it's located. We arrived too early for check-in, but we were allowed to store our luggage

But when you go to bed, you understand that you have ended up in a barracks, so rough and like a soldier's blanket without a duvet cover. The biggest surprises await at breakfast

Cheap prices, good service, safe place

Not only is there no service personnel, we had to climb on a chair to get an electric kettle from some cabinet, go to the kitchen to pour water from the tap and boil water for all the foreign tourists

Very nice place, near to the Aristotle square and the bus stop. Guys on reception were very kind and helpful, thank you so much. On the first floor is always free tea/coffee with cookies.

Parking is a bit difficult, but in exchange you have a central if not quiet location. Be aware that the apartments are on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up

The food that I ate, which was neither much nor was it more than breakfast, was alright, they had an average selection of breakfast foods, toppings, etc and it tasted pretty alright, though, someone else who I was(well am at the writing of this) traveling with said the coffee didn't taste much like coffee, it apparently tasted a bit watered down

Though of course I haven't stayed in all of the different kinds of rooms, perhaps there are more in those? But the problem is that I stayed with 2 other people in their largest type of room, a room for 3

All in all a decent stay but if you want a good meal you can skip eating here and just sleep there, though if you want comfortable beds then maybe some other place is in order, 6/10

Tiny little hotel with a nice view. Breakfast was tasty and the room was clean. Just the shower was small and had no curtain. Also a good location for a lot of night entertainment. But it is not loud in he evening

Room has TV and air-conditioning. The minus point is in its location. It is in the city, but not in the center. There is a frequent bus, but calculate around half an hour trip to the center

We stayed here just for one night after a wedding of friends. The location of the hotel is nice, especially the view over the sea. And we slept very good in comfortable beds
