JuliaStudios in Alikanas

We stayed at Julia Studios for a week and can wholeheartedly recommend it! Anastasia is a wonderful host: kind, sweet, and always available at any time for any need. She made us feel welcomed and pampered from the very first moment. The rooms are spotless: daily cleaning and towel change. But the real spectacle is the sea view: waking up every morning to the crystal-clear blue before your eyes is priceless. The location is strategic: just a 15-minute drive away are some of the island's most famous beaches, such as Xigia and Makris Gialos, while just 300 meters from the apartments is the intimate and quiet Amoudi beach, perfect for relaxing away from the crowds. Anastasia also provides umbrellas to take to the beach. Zakynthos town and Tsilivi are also easily reached in about 25 minutes by car, making Julia Studios an excellent base for exploring the entire island. We also rented a car directly from the property: very clean, in perfect condition, ideal for comfortably touring the entire island.

Everything was super positive: the cleanliness, the location, the helpfulness of Anastasia and the staff. Trust us without hesitation, you won't regret it.

A superb welcome from Anastasia, who was smiling and radiant! The location is ideal, just steps from one of the island's most beautiful beaches! The grounds are well-maintained, lush green, with lovely flowers and olive trees. Free coffee. A true paradise. The studio is very functional and well-equipped with a sea view. The decor is a bit dated, and there's no shower curtain. A little inconvenient, but a minor detail considering the price and setting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anastasia's. The accommodation is very clean and the entire property is beautifully maintained. A truly relaxing place. The hostess is always available and incredibly welcoming. We would definitely come back!

The stay was PERFECT, great welcome and valuable advice as well as the possibility of renting a scooter on site to make sure we had the best possible vacation from Anastasia who is very pleasant on a daily basis.

Great place
Amazing place. Our flight was delayed getting in and we didnt end up getting there until later than the check in time. But she waited for us with a smile.
Overall a good place in a quiet little town. Just a short walk to restaurants and small market.

Anastasia is a wonderful hostess - friendly, informative, and highly engaging. During the day there is always a sunny side of the place and a shady side of the place, so one can always sit outside of the room itself. The balcony has a nice view of the sea, though it is not on the water. Easy 8 minute walk to the Ammoudi beach and a few restaurants/cafes there. I recommend renting a car, but there is public transportation easily accessible within a few minutes walk. Slight negative is that the entire bathroom floor gets wet when taking a shower. Nonetheless, excellent value, and we would definitely stay here when visiting Zakynthos again.
