This is an excellent 3* hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere. The bedding towels changed everyday. The rooms are perfect ,clean and Greek. The food was very good and something for everyone. The location couldn't be any better, 1 min marina beach and excellent walks around the peninsula from Marina to the port and lake this way is a flat surface to walk it. As previous reviews have stated, there are many more positives than negatives with this hotel. First the negatives, the single room I was in was clean, but in need of a general update; there was also a safety issue where the gap between the end of the bed and the wall where the TV was fixed, was so narrow that you had to crane your neck to avoid a collision. Pool was dirty with old sun tan oil - very orange and greasy above water line, plus black mould on the grout lines - yuk! Complained to pool manager, who shrugged his shoulders, said it was cleaned at 7am! Pointed this out to night manager who promptly passed to hotel manager. Pool partially cleaned next morning but mould still on grout of pool tiles. Hence we never used the pool! Otherwise lovely...

Receptionist went well beyond what was required of her to correct a booking error. If the hotel manager reads this, the lady in question, I did not get her name, deserves promotion. Hotel facilities are at least the standard of a good 4 star hotel

Here's my honest review. The location is fantastic. A couple of lovely beaches in walking distance and in easy walking distance to countless bars,restauranrs and shops. Agios Nikolaos is a very laid back and chilled resort and the hotel has the same feel. The staff are fantastic, very friendly people and very accommodating. This is a very nice hotel near the marina, a bit away from the chaos of the center of A.N. but still close to restaurants, the beach, etc. The perfect location in my opinion. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was fairly basic but clean. We booked a room with a large deck - enough room for 2 loungers, a bistro set, and a bit tub (with unheated water perfect for cooling...

We arrived around midnight, reception was closed but easy to get in. Breakfast was continetal, fantastic. The room was amazing, especially the tub on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. The whole room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff we met were all very griendly and helpful. Location was fab, a minute from the beach and restaurants.

Good hotel although bathroom needs renovating. The location of the hotel was great, although there was no onsite parking. The breakfast was average. The room was good, however the bathroom needs renovating (the shower was leaking and the toilet seat was too short for the toilet). Overall, it was a good hotel and I would stay there again.

Welcoming greeting. Had a 2 night stay in the Deluxe Double Room with seaview and minipool. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Large balcony area which had sun loungers, table and chairs plus the minipool. Views are great. Overlooking sports running track and the sea. Wish there was instructions how to use the minipool. From the moment we entered the hotel until we checked out, we were made to feel very welcome guests. We had a room on the 3rd floor with our own very private balcony , sun loungers and jacuzzi!! Monique was wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The location was great for beaches and town. Pool was out of action which was a little disappointing. Very clean hotel, had a superior room with sea view which was big and very comfortable bed.

This is a nice little hotel, safe and quiet. Communication with manager was easy and very responsive

Excellent location Great room with lovely view overlooking the sea, met the owner fortini who was very friendly and pleasant , room was well equipped with everything you could need , our flight home was late at night and we asked could we keep the room on at a extra cost, but fortini explained that the room was already booked for new arrivals , but found us another room , we asked how much and how...

Fabulous in every way. If i could give more stars zI would. The apartment was very comfortable, beautifully appointed with a stunning view from the huge balcomy & the kitchen well equipped. Our stay was great, I wish the towels were a little thicker and change every day, also we could have had more coffee bullets for expresso machine.

Great location, lovely well decorated rooms, but the best thing here is the thoughtful owner who gives great recommendations

We had the most amazing stay here! Everything was just perfect—the service was incredible, the food was absolutely delicious, and the whole setting was beautiful and relaxing. An absolutely fantastic stay! The place is stunning and the staff is simply amazing. You truly feel special, like part of a small family where everyone cares. Service was top-notch, the food was excellent, and the villas are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to stay, staff are so friendly and helpful. Food a breakfast and evening dinner has a wide choice and selection and has been an added bonus to the stay. The only fault is it states 500 m from he nearest shops. That should be shop.
