Pool was dirty with old sun tan oil - very orange and greasy above water line, plus black mould on the grout lines - yuk! Complained to pool manager, who shrugged his shoulders, said it was cleaned at 7am! Pointed this out to night manager who promptly passed to hotel manager. Pool partially cleaned next morning but mould still on grout of pool tiles. Hence we never used the pool! Otherwise lovely...

Receptionist went well beyond what was required of her to correct a booking error. If the hotel manager reads this, the lady in question, I did not get her name, deserves promotion. Hotel facilities are at least the standard of a good 4 star hotel

This is a very nice hotel near the marina, a bit away from the chaos of the center of A.N. but still close to restaurants, the beach, etc. The perfect location in my opinion. We arrived around midnight, reception was closed but easy to get in. Breakfast was continetal, fantastic. The room was amazing, especially the tub on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. The whole room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff we met were all very griendly and helpful. Location was fab, a minute from the beach and restaurants.

Good hotel although bathroom needs renovating. The location of the hotel was great, although there was no onsite parking. The breakfast was average. We had a wonderful stay at Mirabella Apartments. The studio was comfortable and had everything we needed. The ocean views from our balcony were beautiful. My husband swam over a mile each morning right in front of the property. Also, the staff were super friendly. One added bonus was the ping pong table. We played quite a few fun games.

This apartment was okay to sleep in, it was in a quiet area with quick access to outside amenities (beach, taverna, groceries). The view was stunning, however, we were unable to enjoy any time on our deck given the area directly underneath and beside our balcony was reserved for people who sat and chain smoked from morning to night every day. Nice view from the property. But kitchen bar area needs upgrading. Breakfast was disappointing as all food offered was processed (the ham, cheese, bread, pastries nothing was fresh. Crete has nice bread, tomatoes, good produce in general but the breakfast was mainly from Lidl unfortunately. We would not recommend or stay there again as the information provided was very misleading.

Very cozy and family-friendly place, very quiet and very well located. Great rooms with wonderful views. Beach right in front, a tavern (Olga Tavern) across the road with an extraordinary view of the sunset. If you rent a car, you will be close to Agios Nikolaos, Plaka, Heraklion and Knossos, etc. Supermarkets nearby. Wonderful experience. We will repeat.

The property is located a few kilometers from Agios Nikolaos. The apartment is basic and not very clean. Overall, it's a good value for money.

Great place if you don't have a car ! Great view on the lake. I was on the impression they have parking but no at all and not easy to find if you arrive by car. This is a challenge because their place is right on the center.

We had the most amazing stay here! Everything was just perfect—the service was incredible, the food was absolutely delicious, and the whole setting was beautiful and relaxing.
