Prior to our visit, i messaged the hotel to pre-arrange some flowers etc, They provided many options depending on the budget. When we arrived to our hotel room they provided the flowers in a lovely

We came to Mirabello for 10 days for our Honeymoon with our 2 year old son. From arrival up until the last day, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Good internet working throughout the hotel, even in the room, even on the beach. The child included cartoons from youtube and contact

Ioanna was incredible. Really targeted the muscles and eased the tensions.

A special shout out needs to be given to Matthew, the concierge, who went above and beyond in every respect taking immediate care of any request and ensuring all of our requests were taken care of

In addition to the people, the location of the Mirabello Bay Resort adds to the incredible experience - it is truly a beautiful hotel with fantastic views across the bay and the most magical sunrises

The children’s pool is gently heated and perfect for little ones, and there was plenty to do around the grounds. We didn’t end up using the creche much because we were happy just spending time together on site

Our family holiday at Elounda Peninsula Luxury Resort was honestly a dream from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, my husband, our two girls, and I felt completely looked after

We squeezed in a camp bed for our second child and then had to jump over one bed to get in the door, so it just seemed an odd design in general and certainly not set up for a family of four

We could see the children at all times wherever they were which was very relaxing for us! The pool bar and restaurant, and being able to order from your lounger, were also brilliant

We stayed at Elounda Peninsula in October as a family of three in room 3159, which had a private pool and split level

The location was amazing! It was an easy walk to the main pool (which we only used once since we had our own pool), the bar, breakfast restaurant and lobby area. My bathroom was 200+ square feet

Our rooms were cleaned multiple times daily, including an evening turn down service. Our pool was spotless and the water was pleasantly refreshing. The pictures of this resort and the rooms truly do not do it justice

We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior bungalow with a private pool (Bungalow 1/1A)

Everything was a gorgeous marble, floors and walls alike. The closets were so elaborate and beautifully appointed my sister took pictures of how they were laid out as she was getting ready to do a remodel of hers

What a lovely hotel. The stuff was excellent. The suite had a unique character and the hotel made for a wonderful, relaxing getaway. The private pool in our room was a lot larger than they usually come. Recommend!

My sister and I traveled to Crete for an annual birthday trip. Neither of us had been to Greece before and Elounda Mare and Crete did not disappoint. I cannot say enough positive things about the resort

A lot to be done here to justify the huge price tag and live up to claims about family services

Beautiful rooms with stunning sea views, excellent food, and private beach access. The dining was a highlight in itself. Every meal was a pleasure — carefully crafted, deeply flavourful, and served with genuine care

We then moved to the pool area after this and were lucky enough to get a quiet area at the top of the pool

The same can be said for every corner of the resort. Whether we were at the reception or the restaurant, relaxing at the bar, or indulging in a treatment at the Kepos SPA, the level of service never wavered

? The residents club offers all inclusive. Verve champagne is the house champagne which is something we can all get used too. Above all, as always with the Greeks. It’s natural to be engaging and enthralling

We struggled a bit with the toilet door lock which seemed to be old and the door handle wasn't very stable. This was our first time with all inclusive and we absolutely loved the food in the buffet restaurant

The renovation was being completed when we arrived and there were some snags, but the staff compensated with the warmth of their welcome and a personal consultation

Blue Marine has a very peaceful location, so if you're looking for a relaxing experience and amazing views, this might be a great choice

We got stuck in the lift with two adults and a child (warm greetings if you're reading this!) and let's just say it wasn't a nice experience although the situation was handled quickly by the staff

Excellent as usual 13th time at his hotel we love it, food excellent and varied choices at each meat, staff very friendly and always helpful . This year he man pool is heated which is a plus

The sun loungers by the pool were all reserved at 7 am so it was nice that there were plenty of sun loungers also on the beach. Just beware that the lift between hotel and beach could be unreliable

The reception is very good informed about the sight seeings and more activities. Actually the tips they proposed were priceless. to many unknown beautiful places in close distance that we will return to visit

We stumbled across this amazing place sort of by accident, having pre-booked other accommodation in the area but didn’t like it when we got there. So we had to find a suitable alternative very quickly

This place is magical! It’s in such a special place and has an wonderful energy. Early November is a beautiful time to go - very peaceful beach, exquisite clear water, calm, and such a warm welcome

I ‘ve stayedin Faedra Beach hotel this year in august. I liked the hotel staff, always helpful, friendly and welcome. I felt I was the local amongs them. The room was clean, and being cleaned every morning

Stayed at NIKO for a long weekend in mid October - we had the BEST weather (sunny and warm but not too hot) and really enjoyed our time there. The views are just stunning (definitely recommend sea-view rooms)

Wonderful stay! Not far from the city center, the pools are nice and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast was so good and they even have live musician playing for dinner

I’m not your normal busybody who leaves reviews for anything I am however exceptionally fussy and this by far is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in having visited many hundreds of hotels over the last 40 years the room the staff the food everything was superb and the location is fantastic

We had an upgrade which was lovely. Breakfast plentiful and varied but fried eggs had been out for a while. Having said that the service was excellent and I could probably have asked for fresh ones.

Amazing, would definitely recommend to others! Bus station is just ten minutes away from the hotel. Very easy to get here from Agios Nikolaos station. Loved every single second of my stay!

Pools weren't heated so felt very cold but got used to it! Food was good but would have liked more Greek dishes and more vegetarian options - but there was always enough to eat

Beautiful sea views and sunrise Wonderful room with perfect sea views and spectacular sunrise. 25 minute walk into the main town (Agios Nikolaos) and lovely taverna close to the hotel and on the beach

We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained

The overall hotel is good, the views of the ocean and the pool areas are fab. The rooms are a little dated, as are the bathrooms, there’s an in bath shower with a hose. We still had a fantastic stay

The location was excellent about 10 minutes flat walk along a promenade to a lovely large sandy beach- Almyros beach or a pebbly beach just in front of the hotel

Not far to walk to the two pools although steep in parts but manageable and buggy’s were around the resort. The swimming pools aren’t heated like most aren’t abroad but were amazing to have a good swim in and never busy

Oversaw the area brilliantly everyone felt special and looked after he is a legend. George is also amazing and excellent at his job and in quieter moments it was so interesting to talk to them both

We always were able to get a sun bed and lots of shade if you wanted it. Loved the aqua aerobics classes three times a week too! Music was played a few evenings a week too which was very good

Stavros managed inside the restaurant always efficiently and with a smile. The food was varied and plenty of it, some cooked as you waited the staff always helpful and hard working

Our friends had a large suite on the ocean which was nice, But a very long walk to pool and restaurants

Amazing food (actually too good). Only downer is a 100 euro "climate crisis tax" slapped on your bill at the end. If you're going to obligatorily add 100 euros to a bill. You should say this at the time of booking

The Restaurants : We booked dinner at 3 of their restaurants; each had its own event. The1st dinner was a tasting menu curated by an outside chef. The menu items were delicious

We finished 4 appetizers, 2 meats and a bottle of wine in an hour. We didn’t get to linger and enjoy the music. Because the first 2 experiences, we cancelled our 3rd dinner reservation

However, nothing accompanied our cocktails - no amuse-bouche not even olives. Moreover, bread was not offered or served with our courses. The 2nd dinner was at Adeste

The person who was tasked with this responsibility was bubbling, but unfortunately distracted by other guests which took away from intended "personalize experience"

In my room there was only ONE free plug. I suggest bringing those things you plug in that actually have more sockets. There is no gym and the beach is very close

The location is excellent, right next to the beach and many bars

The staff doesn't seem familiar with the restaurant's rules. We had drinks included (1/4 wine and 1/2 water per person), and there were no problems with the water, but we had to ask for the promised 1/4 wine

Well located not far from the marina and the city center, this hotel seems to be surviving. The rooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable. In the bathroom, a tiny bathtub doubles as a shower

Using the shower inevitably floods the area around the bathtub. The plumber clearly has shares in a silicone factory, given the quantity used in this small room

A well run hotel just round the corner from the beach and marina with nice restaurant and 1st floor pool. the bar area a little dark but promise of update this winter will improve that I hope

Restaurant is very expensive for what it is in the evenings and even the staff are clearly embarrassed about that. OTOH they did lay on a free hot meal for late arrivals which wasn't expected but was greatly appreciated

Nice hotel outside the centre of town but close enough to still get in easily and with some local shops and tavernas close by as well

At night only the promenade area is lit so use a torch for the last bit. However a taxi back is only 8 euros. The bus to Elounda stops just around the corner from the hotel and only costs 2 euros

The beach near hotel is extremely quiet but does have free sunbeds, we preferred to walk to Amoudi beach 10 mins away which has a few tavernas nearby but sunbed hire is quite pricey

Staff were always polite and helpful. Room was clean, well furnished and had a lovely sea view

Nice atmosphere and views, spacious and quiet, 14+ affects Agios Nikolaos is a watch not to see the city

There's a lovely bar area by reception that leads straight out to the pool so you can grab a drink sit back and relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers

To there's also fresh bread and rolls to choose from and a vast array of dried fruit and even cakes and doughnuts. This is an adult only hotel so if you are looking for a romantic break this place is definitely for you

I am going to miss this place so much, the staff is really friendly and the room we booked was literally the best. You got the sunrise every morning, it's magical. Would definitely go back there

A very nice hotel situated overlooking the bay in agios Nikolaos. Rooms are light and airy with rooms cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels

The staff is super pleasant and available. Evening meals change every day (be careful, it's very generous for small and medium appetites 😉). Super nice swimming pool with a beautiful view of the sea, beach nearby

The staff are amazing and so friendly and the breakfast has a huge choice from fresh meat and cheese to yoghurt cereal and sausages and bacon

Pool was dirty with old sun tan oil - very orange and greasy above water line, plus black mould on the grout lines - yuk! Complained to pool manager, who shrugged his shoulders, said it was cleaned at 7am! Pointed this out to night manager who promptly passed to hotel manager

Nowhere to get changed in the hotel after you had checked out of the room. No umbrellas for the sun beds out by the pool. Our balcony overlooked a derelict building and not a city view as the booking suggested

The hotel staff are one big family and brilliant, the room staff really work hard to keep everyone happy, restaurant staff very attentive and quick tockear and clean, 24 hkur reception very experienced, I even experienced Greek dancing with the manager

First the negatives, the single room I was in was clean, but in need of a general update; there was also a safety issue where the gap between the end of the bed and the wall where the TV was fixed, was so narrow that you had to crane your neck to avoid a collision

The town is quite hilly in parts, but lovely, and a pleasure to walk round and explore. The food, though repetitive at times, was better than I’ve experienced in four and five star all inclusives in other countries

Again, as per previous reviews, the staff are the real asset; they’re all incredibly pleasant and polite, and helpful should you need it. They will also happily share knowledge of the area, places to go etc

Had a 2 night stay in the Deluxe Double Room with seaview and minipool. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Large balcony area which had sun loungers, table and chairs plus the minipool

Overlooking sports running track and the sea. Wish there was instructions how to use the minipool. Our fault we could have asked. We found a sandy beach close by too. Visit Jollies bar a few doors along

We spent quite a bit of time on that deck. Breakfast was very good as well. Good selection of foods in a nice room. t try the pool or spa so can't comment on those facilities

Monique was wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The location was great for beaches and town. Pool was out of action which was a little disappointing

This is a very nice hotel near the marina, a bit away from the chaos of the center of A. but still close to restaurants, the beach, etc. The perfect location in my opinion. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful

We arrived around midnight, reception was closed but easy to get in. Breakfast was continetal, fantastic. The room was amazing, especially the tub on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows

A cleaner visited the room every day. You can eat well at breakfast, although the offer is pretty much the same every morning. There is no swimming pool, but the beach is wonderfully close

we loved this hotel! ok, the room could have been bigger, the shower could have been better, but the view from the balcony and the absolutely lovely staff made us forget these little flaws

View was fantastic, staff very friendly and breakfast good. Hotel slightly tired in places but you didn’t really notice this because the situation was so good, and staff so friendly

Top of my review must be Angela and George who work on reception, they are both really friendly and helpful, they advised us where to eat, the best beaches, places of interest to visit, Angela even found me a good shop to purchase a lovely handbag, nothing was too much trouble! A room with a sea view is a must, the view from our balcony was beautiful

If you want traditional Greece this is it. Met so many people who have been coming here for years. Small pool and bar which was perfect for the small family run hotel

Lovely hotel just a short walk to promanade and beach, then 15 minute walk into town. The hotel is very clean and all the staff friendly. Have stayed here many times before but had not been for 7 years

Felt right at home as soon as we got to hotel the welcome we got. George George and Van still as helpful with whatever you need

Lovely Jeanette is still doing lovely food at lunchtime and keeps the conversation flowing around the bar of an evening. Good selection of tastey food on offer at breakfast served with a smile by staff

We arrived at 3am and were greeted by Nikos who was friendly and had cold bottles of water and a quick check in ready for us! The pool is lovely, never too crowded and gets the sun all day (but there are plenty of shaded options too)

Sally's toasties we also extreamlly yummy! Very disappointed when another patron kindly left me a bag of left over high factor suncreams for the child I had with me as he was getting bad sunburn

I stayed 4 nights and it was my first time in Crete, enjoying the sights and also visiting family who had recently moved to the area. The room was very spacious with a large balcony and a side view of the lake

We were there for Easter Celebration. A perfect beautiful view to capture all the festivities of the Easter celebration. A quaint village with wonderful restaurants and pleasant people

There is also a nice lounge and terrace overlooking the lake and the seafront is 2mns away. Price was very reasonable for late May. Will definitely book again for my next visit!

I stayed here for 3 nights in a studio with a city view. Room was nice, clean and spacious with a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. The hotel is literally next to the lake

I also had a balcony overlooking one of the main streets and I could see the lake from my balcony

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel, the room had a beautiful view looking out onto the lake, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful

We stayed here in May 1986, it was owned by a family of Dad, Mum and 2 Sons aged about 8 & 12, they treated us like family we had a great time, We hope they are still there 😃❤️😃

The breakfast and the food in general st the hotel, is less than mediocre with poor choices, overcooked and reheated plates. The service is nice, and everyone is very polite

The taverna attached to the hotel serves tasty food at reasonable prices- served with a warmth and care which had us returning night after night

Regarding the hotel - Mistral bay has a great location - 1 coastline of the sea and near the town center - very convenient! The rooms after renovation - we really liked ours (especially the direct view of the sea)

We rested at the hotel in early October 2025. First of all, I want to note the professionalism of the manager Tanzel - he will always tell you about the shops nearby, about the order in the hotel, etc

There was a fridge, two mugs and a kettle. We had half board and the food was very good. I am vegetarian and was never stuck for choice. Lovely Greek salads and desserts. The hotel is very clean and well maintained

We must thank Tanzeel for all his help. Anything you needed to ask he was there with a smile. There are 62 steps to reach this hotel BUT this winter a lift is being installed from the road to the reception

We stayed at the Mistral Bay Hotel and were very happy. The hotel is modern and the Premier Sea View room had the most amazing view. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom modern with a powerful shower

Administrator Tanzil is just wonderful, as we Ukrainians tried to speak Ukrainian with us and it is very pleasant to us. Therefore, we very advise this hotel and we will definitely come back here again

The location and the hotel setting is gorgeous. Loved it! We were with our child and my in-laws. We also could swim every day in the sea in the end of October - beginning November

It’s a very family orientated hotel. Pool area is ok although sun loungers get reserved very early so be quick! Ditto down by the beach. Pools are very cold but to be expected in October

The pool and the beautiful sea are very close together, and you have a free choice between different pools, the sea with a beach and the sea with steps

It felt like a spa stay; the spa itself was nice though maybe not worth it for just the drop-in pools (the ‘sauna’ especially)

Amazing hotel with great staff, very well maintained, good food. It's a great hotel for a relaxing time at the superb beach or at the pool, but also some nice hiking routes are easily reachable via rental car

Excellent splurge location for a couple. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of our trip and loved it. The service is great, breakfast is excellent with amazing views. Its a good location to get out and explore the area

It was my first time visiting Greece and I was definitely not disappointed. The environment is large and maintained. The food did not disappoint either. There are several pools, not one or two bars

Best wishes! Animation in the evenings is more focused on the Italian audience. Sometimes you didn't even understand what was happening, because practically everything is in Italian

We liked the bar the most, Nagy and Popi, the bartenders working by the pool just down from the reception. Very kind and attentive to everyone

Not their fault it was raining. There is no indoor pool at Cretan village, surprising as it is so large. Nowhere for people to go when the sun is not shining

Perfect place! Adorable design, amazing view, tasty food, nice location! Everything was comfortable, apartments were clean, the personal was very nice and friendly! We will come back for sure! 💛
