Location, location, location! The hotel is literally right next to the beach with a huge swimming area. Also a short walk into the center of town. I loved being able to walk everywhere. The facilities are good and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast overlooking the beach was a daily treat. I´ll be back!

If you need to see the sea and some beautiful sunset stay here ! The location is perfect ! Beach close 50m , restaurants close 20m . Only thing rooms are quite small and the bathroom is super small! A great little find in an excellent location. The beach is a two minute walk ( make sure you nab a sun bed in front of Deja Vue cafe - brilliant service) and one minute to the shop. Most friendly reception plus helpful, the top room overlooking the sea was well equipped though the kettle was not supplied with tea or coffee, no problem lots of decently priced café bars and restaurants around. Only one minute to the sea; I would have liked to see some English news on the tv though the Wi-Fi signal proved to be excellent!

The location is perfect as the hotel is situated to a very central, though quiet area. The rooms are very spacy, full equipped and extremely clean. The ownners are amazing, ready to satisfy every need you may have. There is a nice view from the roof garden and a private parking lot outside the hotel which is quite cheap. Strongly recommended.

The location of El Greco Hotel is great. It's worth taking a room with a sea view, otherwise you end up seeing a hole-like courtyard, which, however, has plants. The additional charge for air conditioning is a rather salty 8eur/day/person, and the power of the air conditioning leaves much to be desired. The facilities are a bit shabby but clean. Positive : Overall a good place to stay, clean and quiet. Furniture and decor a bit tired. Only one pillow per person. Bed mattress also far too hard. Good AC, balcony also quite spacious. In our ecperience these self catering appartments are some of the cleanest and best managed appartments you can find in Crete! We have visited many times.

Great apartments with a nice pool, both of which are kept spotlessly clean. Our apartment had a lovely view of the sea and the surrounding hills. There are couple of good restaurants and a good bar nearby and it's only about a 20 minute walk to Agios Nikolaos. The owners, Katerina and Litsa, are always friendly and helpful.

Family run Apartments, most of them with ocean view, Katherinas tips and story's are very special and interesting. Felt like family from the beginning. Strongly recommended when you want to get to know the real Crete and not the world of the big hotels. We will come again, for sure.

We stayed at Dimitra apartments for 4 nights. Everything was clean and apartment is ok for the stay. Nice beach is 3 minutes walk and good taverns and supermarkets are also near by. There is a "bar" at the pool area where you can buy simple breakfast (we didn't tried it) and cold drinks. Hosts were kind and helpful. Appartment is cleaned every day by hosts. Good value for the price!
